I was changing my 1750GTV for a 4c😳
I have a 4C and one thing I figured out with the car is that getting it to creep before you steer while parking is the key. Even just a tiny movement is enough to get rid of the heavy steering so it's really just a matter of getting a handle of the car's quirk! If you haven't fully ruled out the 4C I'd suggest practicing low speed maneuvers thoroughly before you make your decision!

I use mine as a daily, standard HP and Akrapovic factory installed exhaust. Fits just what I need and lack of power steering not much of an issue. If you want a fun daily this is the one😊
But I don't live in a city!
Whether it's a 2016 model or not the interior will be the same design, I don't think it's dated, just enough of what you need. That's why it's so special .
The 4C is a brutally good car with its carbon monocoque chassis which is unheard of in this price class. It's rare, lightweight and sexy.

If you should get one, then find one with the other headlights and the titanium Akropovic exhaust.
And maybe with leather on the dash and more carbon in the interior and the bigger soundsystem for daily comfort.
You should talk to Alfa Romeo about the Giulia QV as a loaner or Ford about a Mustang GT.

I really like the 4C. I rented one and it was nice. However, It would not be my only car. It's a second or third car. Too hard to get in and out of and fun to drive but just not a daily.

Have you considered the Alpine A110. I think that would be a great car to own. It's smallish, good-looking, lightweight and quick.

Since I own a 4c..I would not recommend one as a daily ( depends on what kind of daily you use it for ? ) would I recommend to buy? absolutely. I've owned many many cars in my life and this car is the best. It's not the best performance car on the market, but its good for the $. It makes you feel like a celebrity ever time you drive it. It's passion on 4 wheels. It's a street legal race car. Don't expect luxury.
Would consider a Lotus Evora 400...pretty amazing car

It’s definitely Emma sized but no power steering in the city would be a nightmare.

You could daily it but be aware some carparks etc will be off limits due to some speed bumps. My car is a Launch edition which sits a little lower and it's an issue. Also where you park it can have it's challenges as you need to open the door pretty wide to get in and out. Driving the car though... No issues at all.

Fabulous car . Maybe not for London driving though. Perhaps an electric i3BMW would suit the city much better but you do look fabulous in the 4C and the leather jacket is just superb . Enjoyed your take and suscribed.

I had a Collezione Red one for two years..Perfect.
Love this car...it was clearly never meant to be subtle or practical or easy to handle, but sometimes cars are like girl friends, if they were easy to live with everyone would have one. It is the challenge that drives us and keeps us honest. Just a thought. #lovethis PS work on your volume balance a little in edit - switching cameras volume is up and down. ✌️
Was my daily drive for two years...Absolutely no issues at all....Oh and it was Collezione Red..THE colour.
The 4c is something new but also old school. It looks stunning. But as a daily driver I don't know. Maby to much problems when you drive in the city
Only issue is parking without the power steering. However having a dual clutch means its easy in traffic.

Love the 4c and alfa is my favourite brand but i have to admit it's not ideal as a daily. People think of it as a less practical TT or Cayman rival but it's just as much a more practical caterham rival in terms of it being a fun weekend car. I suppose it's more like an elise/exige if anything.

I agree with you entirely. I have an insanely fun car that is a pain in the butt to drive in town. Difficult to get in and out of. Bad visibility. Great on little road trips, twisty little roads etc... but I end up driving a stinkin' truck 90% of the time. Came to the sad conclusion that the 1st car has to be EASY to live with. The 2nd+ can be fun. And I HATE being practical!

I like the 4C, but like you said the interior is dated and the no power steering in London is a huge no. For the same money (2016-, up to 20k miles, up to £45k) you could get good examples of:
C63 (Non S) Coupe
Audi TTS
Audi RS3
BMW M3 (Just had an M2 so maybe not?)
Jaguar F-Type S (V6 Supercharged)
KIA Stinger GT S
Just a few opinions, personally I’d go for the Audi TTS as for the money (35k for a good one) you can’t beat it. Plus they’re almost fuel efficient, and easy to park.
Had a Porsche Cayman, switched to 4C... love the rawness and fun-factor... actually love the manual rack... you just have to know how to use a steering with no assist... I guess you are too young to know. :). 2-3mph goes a long way BEFORE turning the wheel ;) then it makes for something almost daily able:) I do - in summer ‘cuz it snows pretty bad out here.

The car definitely suits you, but as a daily in London I could can see the compact cabin and lack of power steering killing the experience. The car itself is something special though. Less than 900kg, a carbon tub and killer looks. You could do much worse 👍🏾

The Alfa 4C does look really awesome and it looked like you really enjoy driving it and it's small and nimble. But I don't think it would be a good car going around London if you haven't got power steering and the fact you can't see behind you and like you said the interior does look a bit dated. I really can't get over the fact it doesn't have power steering especially at this day in age. So I'm guessing you doing the big surprise reveal of your next daily car as its the 17th tomorrow?

The car has loads of charm and a performance compatible with such light weight.
That said, the 4C is a bit hardcore for daily use.
Noisy like you're racing everybody all the time …and no power steering.
This is definitely a car for good fun on special occasions. Not an everyday car.

The Alfa C4 is amazing and suit you well but is not comfortable for example if you want to get off u need to move the seat backwards plus u can't park comfortably, compare to the Porsche it's more better and you looks comfortably and relaxing and u have good view in all the sides 😉
Black suits you. I wouldnt have it as a daily either. The Boxster / Caymen would be a better daily and the Alfa good for the weekend or for the track.
I think Alfa should build more of the 4Cs and make it 400BHP, nice car by the way
It's not a daily. No power steering no back seat, I know that back seats are not a priority for you but for practically are important. Anyway if I can suggest you a car bring a used cla 45, because it's fun to drive, price range is good and it's comfortable. Or a c63s coupe but it's not too much affordable as daily fuel consumption will kill even more than m2

You can't get out the bloody thing when you park up in the supermarket. I use mine as a racecar and track toy.
I go to supermarkets with areas of free space and park on my own.

too pity 4c is faster in track than Alpine, Alpine is maybe more everyday use but Alfa nails it in sport driving
Nice car but it is an Alfa so be prepared for it to breakdown and carry a bucket in the car to pick up the bits that fall off
