has only had my treking plus 3 months , traded off my 500 pop for it. loved the tiny pop, never missed a snow day in that car, just wanted one that had a warrantee expect some fun snow days in this one

I recently drove one of these as a weekend rental and it is very fast. I drove the automatic and it has a "sport" mode on a center console dial, and we you select this mode it shifts like a manual and changes gears really fast at take off. I think this will be my next automobile purchase, I am single and don't need a huge SUV anymore, but after driving an SUV for years, I don't think I want to go back to a car. it is the right height and size for me.
FIAT has done big steps in quality and reliability since 2010. I remember my brothers first own car was a 2005 Fiat Punto which was a collection of failures and plastic. Would be nice, if they would bring the Fiat Coupe to life again.
Too much plastic too much electronics. We still have one from 2001 with 0 problems on electronics or anything. But the first year it had too many bugs with everything electronic related.
My personal favorite crossover (apart from the Porsche Macan Turbo) quirky, sporty, and reliable; all things I look for in the compact crossover market
I've got one and, although I've never been a fiat fan, I love it. Great drive, very comfortable and mine has all the gadgets, including an excellent stereo system. Highly recommended and better that the Jeep Renegade.
Saab, I'd like to see metric measurements shown when you talk about engine power and capacity etc. it makes it easier for us non-US peeps to convert it. keep up the good work.
Im sure that a lot of you are thinking. "looks like bits of a mini escaped" Youd be right, the first incarnation of the new 500 was designed by the same guy. Awesome reviews as always, bit im out in terms of the car
Oh man..I wanted to get my checkbook out and head to a Fiat dealer :) Great review love the look of the inside and out.. Great work,Thank you. Oh which model was this and are those wheels standard..thank in advance.
Love the vids. Just a suggestion, you should only do the exhaust clip once. there is no need to do it twice. Maybe make the first one a little longer but Two aren't needed.
Eh. Fiat cars are ugly to some, beautiful to others. I have a 500C and I've gotten comments from "what a gorgeous car" to "look at that ugly thing". It's all opinion.
kma198199 thx, i think that he is the first pope to use normal cars in the countries that he visited, not like other popes who travel in 100.000 usd MB or bwm
***** Yes the difference is just a little black plastic and fake aluminium details, here in argentina the industry add two black plastic features and it call the new car add the "adventure" version off any car, for more money of course.
As I am watching this and SaabKyle04 talks about the glove box at 13:30 and then mentions the upper portion being chilled he next pans over to the dashboard area as he is getting in to rev the engine and what channel is he tuned to? Why Chill of course! Guess I am easily amused. :D
+Mahir Kayani Yes, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is the company now, so they do share components. All the better since Chrysler has some excellent tech at the moment.
Despite hearing only negative things about Fiat I can't help from wanting this car.
It's just pure style.
+allo Fiats of today are reasonably reliable. Don't expect Corolla-levels of bulletproof, but they are not the roadkill they used to be.
has only had my treking plus 3 months , traded off my 500 pop for it. loved the tiny pop, never missed a snow day in that car, just wanted one that had a warrantee expect some fun snow days in this one
@@canto_v12 corollas are tin boxes. And not that reliable

I don't know why, but this car gave me a smile on my face too.

That looks better than a Mini Cooper!

lol same my brother had the 2005 fiat Punto and it was a piece of crap......do you know what FIAT stand for "Fix It Again Tomorrow" hahahahahahahaha
+Hashem Hashem lol didn't know that.
+Hashem Hashem in germany we said "Fehler in allen Teilen" wich means failures in all parts^^
Too much plastic too much electronics. We still have one from 2001 with 0 problems on electronics or anything. But the first year it had too many bugs with everything electronic related.
+Nagstrr23 they are bringing back the fiat 124
I like how you are getting more personal in your reviews, you now express your opinion and you had your wife in this! Luv ur vids :D
1:31, I love that chime sound.
I thought the same, it’s so unique.
My personal favorite crossover (apart from the Porsche Macan Turbo) quirky, sporty, and reliable; all things I look for in the compact crossover market
Now that's a nice looking 500X. Thanks for the review Kyle!
I really appreciate how much information you give on this car. Great review.
It's a shame that Fiat are not available in my country. I think it's a good option as a daily car. Excellent video as usual, Kyle!
Just test drove this vehicle after my Beetle went wrong. That heated steering wheel is a gift from God here in Chicago.
bought this car last month a and I love it!
How did you find it 5years down the line
I've got one and, although I've never been a fiat fan, I love it. Great drive, very comfortable and mine has all the gadgets, including an excellent stereo system. Highly recommended and better that the Jeep Renegade.
+Peter Lawson Just bough mine too - after having a Fiat 500 Sport - huge difference! Totally in love with this vehicle!
So cool to have Christal I'm the review!! You gotta do more with her in them!! Great review Kyle!!
Saab, I'd like to see metric measurements shown when you talk about engine power and capacity etc. it makes it easier for us non-US peeps to convert it. keep up the good work.
Love that you include the price in the start of the video now, keep up the great work as always.
The 500L is much roomier, but style-conscious shoppers should find no problem with the 500X's stylish trendy look.
I bought mine about a month ago and love it!
Nice inexpensive SUV, much better styling then the Renegade. Fiat is doing fine with their 500 line-up in NA.
Great review! Cool having Christal along for the ride for some different perspective
Finally a 2016 review
I'm looking for a new small CUV and I might consider this the new HRV or the new Mazda CX3. This is leading though.
I love this car.....
Kyle you read my mind! I'm thinking about buying this car!!
This car is getting horrible reliability ratings. Check it out.
+kma198199 new dodge in general has horrible reliability
+NAJKINSTA We've had no issues with my Dad's 500L. Great car. Check out the X.
+tytotheler92 probably because it's new. By 40k miles, people are already having problems.
I've had no problems with the 500C. 35,000 miles without a single problem, but we'll see as time progresses.
Cool car, great video! Keep it up!
in Australia, the headlights are reflective with H4 globes. I noticed the car in the video is with projector type HL.
Great review and a great car. I just bought it.
Sherry Campbell id like to see it reach 100k miles or more without any break downs haha
I like it! More than the 500c! Great video, like always!
Excellent review.
11 days until my 500x offroad is in my possession, its winging its way from Poland to my dealership in the UK as i type!
+Chris Flegg I doubt that, 500x is built in Italy :-)
oh balls! i just checked and it's the 500 thats done in Polski!
Im sure that a lot of you are thinking. "looks like bits of a mini escaped"
Youd be right, the first incarnation of the new 500 was designed by the same guy.
Awesome reviews as always, bit im out in terms of the car
Jeep renegade also has that chime
The orange looks really good!
Great review kyle , You're the best.
What are your impressions of Audi products, especially the A3,A4,S4,A6, and A7? I prefer the Audi line over BMW and Mercs. Thanks.
I love those wheels. They look really nice on this car!
I have a 2018 Trekking and love it :)
Excellent review Kyle!

Frederick Little ya tiene un Fiat 500X y su matrícula es 3172 KCV.
Are you planning on reviewing the XC90 anytime soon? Love your reviews, been subbed for years!
+Mathias Van de Kerckhove I'm eagerly awaiting for a press vehicle to arrive, I'll keep you all posted! Thanks!! :)
there is only me feel the engine sounds so charming ???
+1 for an Abarth version
same price for the nissan juke or it's more expensive ?
3:22 haha i always thought you had some glasses with a camera, but strapping a gopro to your head is also a nice idea :D
Is it a regulation to have that ding ding ding sound after starting an engine? Never heard that sound on any cars in my country.
Does this 4x4 car have timebelt or chain?
Hey Kyle I'm just wondering is that the only trim for the 500x
So are they rebadged versions of each other like the Dodge Intrepid/Chrysler Concorde?
The closest thing to this in the same family would be the jeep renegade, which uses the same engine(s) and chassis. :)
I hate the trend of an electronic parking brake, and the key-less push button start. More expensive things to go wrong.
Gotta love your jeep chime
Oh man..I wanted to get my checkbook out and head to a Fiat dealer :)
Great review love the look of the inside and out.. Great work,Thank you.
Oh which model was this and are those wheels standard..thank in advance.
Do the 2016 Kia Sorento SX-L. The 2016 model changed from 2015. And it has a all new 2.0L Turbocharged 4 cylinder.
Would have loved to see how the keyless access system works...
+Josh Galka Works the same way as pretty much every other system, including chrysler products
Got it, Thanks!
+Josh Galka Welcome :)
Love the vids. Just a suggestion, you should only do the exhaust clip once. there is no need to do it twice. Maybe make the first one a little longer but Two aren't needed.
nice one.. is that a car or a crossover?
+AwesomeMCGuy Crossover

I'm liking those new Fiats, but I wonder how they are in terms of quality & long-term reliability?
Futbol & Partidos Plus they are reliable. Trust me they are.

It’s the renegade sister. FCA makes horrible cars but I can’t help but love this car
the car looks nice :)
I've got one of those, except mine is the City-version. Great little car (and the steering wheel is the same as the one in the Dodge Charger RT lol)
This is not a in deep review... for what is the button on the back door right to the fiat logo?
Hate the car but awesome review as usual, Kyle.
Why do you hate the car?
Viktor Freesmeier Hate might be too much. I don't actually hate it; I'm just not fond of it at all. I think it's very ugly.
+swSephy | PC Gaming & Cars well still better than the nissan juke
Eh. Fiat cars are ugly to some, beautiful to others. I have a 500C and I've gotten comments from "what a gorgeous car" to "look at that ugly thing". It's all opinion.
Pinkelschrubber No arguments there, lol.
Hey dude I saw you out and about today in your charger. You live pretty close to me. That was cool
+ThatCruzerGuy That's awesome man! Maybe I'll see you around sometime!
I'm buying one .

kma198199 thx, i think that he is the first pope to use normal cars in the countries that he visited, not like other popes who travel in 100.000 usd MB or bwm
+Liam Campbell not a BIG difference.. looks alike.

Hey kyle!
Can u do a pontiac aztek please!
+THANK U FOR UR HARD WORK(:
In Europe it has a turbocharged multiair engine 1.4 liters and 170hp
If I eat too much Mexican food, I myself can claim a "turbocharged, multi-air" reaction.
+Γιώργος Greek We also have that engine, but it's only on the base model sadly.
+Saabkyle04 do a review the new Scion iM please!

No, it designed in Turin, built in Melfi.
It's European :)
