My opinion as a trained dancer myself is that both of them are great dancers, but that force and power with which Minzy dances can set a stage on fire literally
Same i love to dance too especially bboying during my teen years and i can say those poppin and lockin are very fluid and the amount of freestyle she does is not awkward but it gives such a force that u can just stay still with ur jaws drop in awe
Both have different styles and I like em. But when it comes to poppin and freestyle, Minzy is the winner for me. For Lisa, I like her confidence and her charisma just overflows when dancing.

I think lisa is a choreographed dancer while minzy is a natural and can do both choreographed dances and freestyles, i prefer minzy more But i stan both anyways

as a dancer myself, I chose minzy. She has power and inner charisma which can never be practiced. She has moves which invites the crowds to feel her energy. She stands out so much.

Lisa is good at absorbing SOMEONE ELSE'S choreography, while Minzy is a professionally trained dancer (Gwangju performing arts during her trainee days alongside J-hope, and Millenium Dance Complex on L.A. in 2015). Minzy has an actual style she specializes on (popping) like any other professional dancers, while Lisa specializes on copying choreographies lol This is why FREESTYLE is still the best indicator of a dancer 'cause you can tell their base just looking there, and Minzy can dance circle around Lisa in that area. Copying someone else's choreography won't save you 'cause if it does, then Chaeyeon wouldn't have cried in Street Woman Fighter.
Blackpink'a dances are more complicated than 2ne1's and Lisa does really well with that choreo, however Minzy knows how to feel the music and just freestyle, so I think she wins for me.
That's why when you audition to a dance group. They really let you do a freestyle to test your versatile and how well you move to different genres of music played.

On Minzy's channel, she choreographs everything and there are a lot of videos of her doing freestyle dance so yeah... When the post said "Lisa: good at choreographed dances, Minzy: good at dances in general." this is what she means. PS. Minzy has fluidity too, and can also pop&lock and can do contemporary dance where her emotions are just LIT. (go check her channel)

Minzy has an actual style she specializes on (popping) like any other professional dancers, while Lisa specializes on copying choreographies lol This is why FREESTYLE is still the best indicator of a dancer 'cause you can tell their base just looking there, and Minzy can dance circle around Lisa in that area. @@sopadetuco1366 Minzy choreographs her own dance btw. I've check Lisa's channel and all of it are choreographed by Cheshir Ha. On Minzy's channel, she choreographs everything and there are a lot of videos of her doing freestyle dance so yeah... When the post said "Lisa: good at choreographed dances, Minzy: good at dances in general." this is what she means.
PS. Minzy has fluidity too, and can also pop&lock and can do contemporary dance where her emotions are just LIT. (go check her channel)
