You can. Go get a passport and and apply for a work visa. Ukraine needs men to help rebuild and keep it going.
I think when this war ends it would be a great opportunity to have some colleges set up programs for students to go to Ukraine [or what ever it becomes] to help those Ukrainians put their lives back together. I could be a college program with language training, history lesions, and physical work projects. Not I said [or what ever it becomes] because these people will need help getting back on their feet win or lose. If they are over run by Russians they will need help to rebuild something better than what Russia will help them do.

Vita, one suggestion before next winter.. get a metal ash bucket for your fireplace. Because if you have to shovel hot ash a plastic bucket can be a fire hazard..

Hanging baskets are a good place to plant strawberries, as it is unlikely the slugs and snails will find them. But you must protect young berries from birds.😊

I really hope there is some western politicians, with very red ears, for being sooo slow on helping you with weapons, to defend your beautiful country. It makes me so angry to see how some countries are so foot dragging to to get get up in gear, and send the help you need. Some politicians need to feel how a craftsman's big hand feels, when they get a slapp in their face. Sorry, the old man here gets very angry when people are slow!
Nice garden, I love Strawberries and they can be planted fairly close together in rows, if you run out of space. In a couple years they will spread and fill in the space between them and you will have to thin the plants out anyway. But looking good! 👍👍

You only mulch plants, when the ground is wet! Otherwise, the mulch soaks up the rain and the water doesn't get to the plants roots!😊

Ukraine is such a paradise of nature. It would be even better if the Ruzzians went home. You might need some nets for the strawberries when the fruits start to go red, otherwise the birds will have a nice feast. There are never too many tomatoes. If you have big jars you can preserve them or make bottled tomato sauce for the year.

You have a great concept about planting strawberries, because they are quite expensive and unaffordable to those with limited income. And, there's no rule that says you have to sell what you grow; especially with so many needy people. Just think what a school or hospital could do with free 🍓 fruit 🍑?
However, if you are planning on making your own jams and preserves, you'll need to start getting the things together, to do your own canning and you'll need a good place to store what you can.
Strawberries 🍓 are such a good confectionary and with a tiny amount of baking skill, you can turn your preserves into fabulous pastries.
As far as the standing rain water in your yard, some trees die if they are exposed to flooding, (like peaches 🍑) and so you want to be sure such trees are placed at higher soil elevation. Then there are those trees that endure everything nature throws at it, (like Golden Rain) that would be perfect for those areas where water pools in the yard.
Get yourself a shop vac, vacuum, because they come with different working nozzles (heads / attachments) that will make your life a lot easier cleaning out the ashes, getting rid of mouse droppings, or even removing water that gets inside your house, car, etcetera.
With the huge amount of grass growing in the yard and the constant finding of scrap metal, you may want to mow your yard with a weed eater, until you have it all picked up. Find out where the closest scrap metal dealer is at and take all your metal there. It won't be enough weight to make you any money, but it will give you a responsible way of disposing of it.
The next vehicle you get, should be a pick-up truck, because you are determined to pursue gardening and home improvement. Try to find a small make, preferably with 4 doors, as they are more versatile and will improve your experience riding down broken village roads.

Your home has a traditional Ukrainian wood-burning stove. Now is a good time of year to have a professional chimney sweep check your chimney. If there is a buildup of creosote it can ignite and cause a chimney fire. Years ago my neighbors had a chimney fire. The fire department saved the house and no one was injured. However, the owners had to spend a lot of money to repair the interior walls that had caught on fire.

On the issue of the signs I remember that at the start of the Russian invasion there was a company in Ukraine that was not only scratching out road signs but I heard that they were also replacing some of the signs with let's just say messages telling the Russians where to go.
