What is your take on Rameshwaram cafe? Its not only hype, its hyper hypest. I don't like a bit. There are thousands of restaurants in Bangalore serves better food than them. Frankly this is a south Indian restaurant for Nort indians

Puttenehalli in 90s was quite area adjoining jayanagar JP Nagar extended to this area well that's urbanisation . Kripal sir is Path Finder to Many restaurants which gives all where to eat, side note appreciated to find out the curry dosai eatery only it can happen with Sir Only 🙏💯💯🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

As I heard from my grandparents after child birth they used to offer a cup of warm ghee to the mother which helps in strengthening bones and relief from pain.. I have seen in my village like 15 years before an 80 year old person who was still working in farm when I asked about his diet he told one cup ghee with jawar roti and Bella (Jaggery) once in a week.
they used to work hard thats what would make them digest and assimilate the nutrition. do we do that. Go to Ramaeshwaram have pudi idli with ghee or ghee with pudi idli. Sit in vehicle and go to home or office , theatre etc. and look forward for the next coffee, snack or meal. just to get psychological satisfaction due an hour or so of gym or exercise and land up in hospital

Rameshwaram is a bit hyped but the taste is actually really good! Many places use a lot of ghee but not many can replicate the taste. Although I agree they can do with using half the ghee they use but people still go there regularly. If it was just hype, it would've eventually perished, but this place has thrived. There it is.

How do you sync the audio with the 360? Do you record audio into a separate device/mic and then sync the video and audio in edit?

Just one suggestion, the restaurants usually have the sugar added to the milk already so when you ask for less sugar they cannot do anything much. Since my preference of coffee is also strong and less sugar, I suggest u ask for strong & *Mix* meaning they add half milk with sugar and half without

Most overhyped hotel in the name of "Tuppa" (Ghee). Better Dosa are available in different places.
Absolutely! Lane discipline is very important and some people and mostly Auto guys seems lack it very much because of which a lot of traffic issues persist. Need more enforcement from officials.
It is crazy how it is so chaotic and yet works, for the most part. You'll need to go back 3 decades to see Bangalore at its best.
That road where Rameshwaram cafe is I used to travel in early 90s from Jayanagar 5th block to JP Nagar in my cycle. Was stopping over for a boiled jower or a churmuri at that time at the flyover junction. That was the time where there was peace and tranquility. Anyways, I left India over 24 years ago and watching how everything is getting ----slowly everyday!

Hey Kripal, the ‘idli steamer’ that you mentioned at 7:26 is an amazing place. Husband and Wife selling Amazing soft idli with Masala Vada and Uddin Vada.. they serve Tomato Gujju curry instead of Sambhar along with Amazing Chutney. Worth trying next time you are here in Jp nagar.

Sir one thought, street side vendors don't have to pay rent, electricity bill, water bill and other corporation bills. So when you promote them, it might kill other hotels nearby which are paying all these bills.
Both segments can co-exist. If what you say were true, every darshini would have perished long ago. Clearly, that isn't the case.
A overhype done for this cafe, there are many restaurant in bangalore which serves 1000% better than this cafe. Visited in brookfield its really worthless for money and tastewise, beside hotel mayura serves a superb tasted dosa and all items...

I always cringe when I see the chefs literally pouring ghee over the dosas and when you say, "THUPPA" 🤨😀. Hopefully, they are putting all that oil, ghee, butter etc.. just to show off in front of you and the camera, and it is not the norm. I probably will ask them to go easy on my heart when I order.

IMHO opinion food at Rameshwaram cafe is good and it is hygiene
But the prices are high, they use too much of ghee and the very very crowded.
Any other Darshinis will give you same quality at the half a price of Rameshwaram cafe.
Immigrants who don't know might think Rameshwaram is the best because they might not have the knowledge of eateries culture in Bengaluru
