    Great video Jay. Can't wait for the rest of the video regarding flashes.

    Even though this doesn’t pertain to me since I have the SS Reserve currently, and waiting on shipping of my V2. I am going to continue to watch these. I would like to be able to do installs and help my buddies with their set ups. Great video, it answered questions I had when I installed my Volunteer audio stage 6.

    Being a dealer myself, the tool has gotten expensive and sometimes hard to get. Luckily I haven't needed the flash tool yet. I never made it out to your shop last week as I decided to hit Gatlinburg instead. I had the best vacation ever and will be back for more riding.

    It cost me a lot of dough but, I did ALL of what you’re talking about except getting a V2. I got 1000watt amp, 6x9s, 6.5 fairing speakers bought the rented flash(and returned it), and my bike is loud as all get out! The FLASH takes away the FADE. ;(
    I just wish I had an EQ to tweak the sound or be able to fade to 😢the rear. I can’t fade anymore. ;( the front is Loud! I hear the only solution was to take everything back apart in my fairing and open the amp and cut the front speakers down on the amp. Well. Guess I’ll have to wait to get the V2 cause I believe it has an EQ. I need less mids. Thanks!

      So we do fade your amp some to compensate for this, your treble comes from the front, mid and mid bass from the rear. They blend well but the rear not have the highs will never sound as loud as the front but believe me they are doing a lot

    Very informative video but I have your HDHU14si unit and you said I didn't have to watch anymore past this point. I'm just following your instructions Jay, thanks. 😅

      If you want to know more you can watch but no need to cause confusion when you already made the right move!

    Great job as always, Jay! I assume that the correct flash must be installed in the radio prior to setting the gains on the amp (in my case, that's the Hertz SP4.900). I am asking for a friend who may have messed with his amp settings when installing it with the factory GTS system. He would like to get it back to a good place... lol. Take care, and keep the great information coming!

      If he bought from us have him reach out and we can share the correct settings after he flashes the radio. Thank you for watching!

      Yeah, it is me and I bought everything from you 😅. I have the Techno Research tool and the SMD DD 1. I have what I need, I just may need some assistance to get back to square one. Thanks again! You guys are great.

    Just curious if you will be at Sturgis rally?

    • @volunteeraudio
      @volunteeraudio  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, it is all but impossible to maintain the quality of installation and experience to our customers that we maintain in a rally environment. We would have to bring in outside installers and we do not think it would be in our best interest or yours. We spend a lot of our year fixing Harley’s that got rally installs from other vendors

      I understand. I wasn't really looking for a installation really but would love to see the products. Thanks for your response. I really enjoy your videos and find them very informative! Thanks! Keep up the good work!

    Off topic, but glad to see how quickly Soundstream bug fixing V2 even though I have to wait another two weeks for my radio. Any piece of Tec like this is bound to have software issues but the key is quick response to fix.

    So , who’s working on a “NEW” radio w/the same size screen as the 24’s that’s gonna have , cause I heard the other day there’s no speaker wires connected to the radio of these new ones it’s all done by signal processing, 5volt outputs for hooking up external amps! …???🙏

    • @volunteeraudio
      @volunteeraudio  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@neano62 we have built the interface to solve this issue, shipping in a few weeks and way less expensive than replacing the stock $7800 radio
