Bowl Boy was a character in season 1 episode 4. He thought Mugman looked "swell" in the wedding dress. Judging by their reactions to him, they've dealt with him even before the series.

Yeah, I see it now.
Bowl boy was from season1 with the episode where Mugman broke his handle. They're clearly familiar with the guy. Also fun fact, the VA for the Baroness, this was her professional voice-acting debut
What I love about Bowl Boy is that his Voice Actor-Keith Ferguson-has also voiced Reaper from Overwatch and Blooregard Q. Kazoo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
At first I thought Baroness Von BonBon was less scary in the show than she is in the game, but then, (stating at 21:49,) i thought, ‘Never mind, she’s way scarier here’😱
I'm not going to lie Bowl Boy severely creeped me out. And by the way Bowl boy was the guy that thought mugman looks well in the wedding dress and season 1. And then both boy Shrugged and looked at the audience when mugman yelled at him and told him nobody asked you Bowl boy. I have to say that my favorite candy like absolute favorite candy is cherry cordial Hershey's kisses. You can only get those around Christmas time so what I do is I buy up a bunch of bags and put them in the refrigerator so I can have it all year round. Also Reese's peanut butter cups are my favorite. Especially when it comes in the shape of pumpkins and Christmas trees
Another Brother was probably my least favorite of the season, which says a lot because I still liked it. That ending! Baroness von bonbon was perfectly creepy. Edit: forgot to say, my favorite candy is Kinder's Bueno bars. I'm so glad they're finally selling them in the US and I no longer have to traffic them over the Canadian Border.
So in my opinion this is how they would finish the cliffhanger at the end of episode four (mm means mugman ch means cuphead): mm and ch run away and somehow just heal and run out of the cast cause come on it’s slapstick. Bowlboy chases them around the room and eventually mm and ch attempt to get outta the hospital. They go back to the cottage and hide in their room for the rest of the day, and they tell elder kettle what happened, the next day ch and mm go to the park and do whatever they keep finding bowlboy and running away eventually bowlboy catches up with them and says something like “cuphead! Your hanging out with mugman again?” And they run away never seeing bowlboy again. This is just my idea and you can dislike if you want 😐

Mugs wedding dress was blown off. Bowl boy said that because mugs had no handle, just like him.
