Hey rSlash, just wanted to point out, in the first story, everyone was speculating what the manager's name meant, the name is actually Indian, and the word Prem, means 'love' in Hindi and Sanskrit. It's hilarious that despite having a name that means love, this dude woke up and chose hatred lmao. He got what he deserved. I hope you have a great day!

My daughter was turning left into an apartment complex going about 5 mph. She had started from a dead stop. Next thing she knew, she saw a flicker out of her right eye and was slammed (T-boned). The entrance to the apartment happened to be at the bottom of a blind hill - the cars cresting the hill couldnt see the cars turning left. My daughter was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the girl ho hit her was driving an Altima. She hit my daughter so hard that the Jeep was spun a full circle plus another quarter circle while pushing it at least 20 feet leaving engine parts clearly showing the path it had travelled. The Altima however had basically come to a stand still after hitting the several ton beast of a car my daughter was driving. This shows how fast the Altima was going. Luckily my daughter was UN injured but the other driver shattered her ankle. When her car stopped spinning, my daughter ran over to the other car and with the strength of someone in shock, wrenched the door of the other car open. The girl was screaming for someone to call her mother. My daughter found her phone, one the dashboard, unlocked. Translation: she was texting (or on the phone) when she hit my daughter. That was the only way for the phone to be at a high enough level to end up on the dash and to still be unlocked. We already kno she was speeding based on the damage she damage she did to my daughter’s car. So the cops show up. The cop goes over to my daughter to ask what happened and interrupts her to tell her “It is your fault” then walks away without actually taking a statement. He cited her. Luckily, my daughter had friends who were following her (they were going to look at these apartments). One was directly behind her and witnesses the whole thing. They sent her to the hospital, just in case. Luckily, we were in town visiting (we live out of state). I got to the emergency room. My daughter was fine except for major seatbelt rash and shock. Her friends gave me statements and had photographed the scene. e showed the pictures to the doctor at her request. She turned completely white. She told my daughter she was very lucky and that the seatbelt did its job. To make sure to always wear it. So i finally got on the phone with the cop. After a few minutes of discussion he asked if i had any questions and I asked if he had taken statements from the witnesses. He said there were none. I said, “there most certainly were. You sent the person who was directly behind my daughter in the ambulance with her.” So a week later we finally get the police report. It was complete fiction. The cop made it all up since he didnt interview my daughter and the other driver was immediately sent to the hospital via helicopter because of thr possibility of trauma. The cops never took photos of the scene but my daughter’s friends did. The cop did such a bad job at making up the “facts” in the report that he even got the speed limit for the road wrong. I know because the Jeep ended up sitting right next to the speed limit sign. The number in the report as contradicted by the photographs. So in FL, when there is bodily injury you have to go to court for hat is basically a mini trial. We got my daughter a lawyer and gave him the photos and the witness statements. He showed up at court. The other party did not, nor did she have a lawyer representing her. Judge threw it out, including the citation. So my insurance company, in their infinite wisdom, decided to accept liability on my daughter’s behalf and handed over a check for $100K. I argued with the representative but she told me I didnt have any say in it. Six Months later I get a call from them screaming at me about why the claim was still outstanding. I said, that’s your fault for handing over a check without even getting a release of liability from the other party and for just handing over the check it’s out any input from us. She said well the other party had medical bills that already topped the $100K. I said, “then she shouldnt have been speeding and texting hill driving over a blind hill.” As it turns out the girl was driving another person’s car and was uninsured. She had 2 previous speeding tickets for speeding in the past year and lived on the road where the accident took place so she knew all about thr blind hill. It was also a location the cops were frequently called out to for accidents. Why the 6 months? We believe that the first thing the lawyers did was run a background check on me. It was my car and insured under my name (my daughter had only just moved and e hadnt transferred the car yet). They determined it was orthostatic suing me so they just put the money in escrow waiting for the court case to work itself out but never checked on it. It took a couple of weeks but we got our release of liability. I think that they checked on the citation and found out it was thrown out and that the insurance company informed them that even tho they had accepted liability they had later received photos and witness statements proving the other driver was at fault. If they sued they would lose and they made their money only if they won.
That's what I hate about accidents that happen while someone is turning. I got slapped with a 300 dollar ticket and jacked insurance rates because I was turning left and some mornon that was going atleast 20km over the speed limit, WHILE IT WAS RAINING, hit me and destroyed my car. It's sucks because I cant shake the feeling that he aimed for me to commit insurance fraud since this douche was smiling the whole time. Cop didn't even take me statement, just gave me a ticket and called it a day >:(
While I'm not gonna call you a liar. I know for a fact that isnt true. Every cop ever goes through this special training for these types of situation. Not citing? He is fired. Not taking a statement from one of the people in an accident? Not fired but severely reprimanded. The way this 'cop' handled it was so opposite from how a cop would handle it that I just dont believe the story.
I agree 100% and that's why I put a 360 cam in my 2017 Nissan Desert Runner. It saved me a few times and I have only had it since January of this year. One time I got pulled over and the cop said he clocked me at 20 over the posted speed when he went back to his car to run my info and write me a ticket I brought up the video that I had already sent to the cloud so it would be saved had it ready to view he came back to my window with a ticket in hand I told him to watch the video showing i was not over the limit and I don't know how or where he got that I was speeding from and that if I had to go into court to fight it I would take it to the top. To save himself a lot of crap he wrote void over the ticket and told me to keep my speed down and walked back to his car with his head in shame. I still get dirty looks from all the cops in my area. That one time the camera saved me almost 2 times the cost of the camera since I didn't have to pay for that BS ticket. So yes lash is right about getting a camera in your car saved me lots.
My mum put a dash cam in her car after some idiot who was on her left, tried to turn into a car park on my mums right side by speeding up and driving in front of her
In our town, we had an incident where a cop was speeding at night, with no lights or siren and they ran over a pedestrian crossing the road and killed him! did the cop get in trouble? nope. instead he blamed the road, the pedestrian wearing dark clothes.. anything he could think of really the local council ended up having to put in a new crossing and a bunch of high powered street lights at that location, even though nobody had ever been hit there before
The was recently a huge scandal at my local police department where HALF of the officers were caught individually driving drunk, all within a year. Idk how many got fired, as they tried really hard to keep it quiet, but I don't think it was half the department. 1312
That is a problem, and when it is the whole department it is a problem with the Chief of Police. That is something that can be fixed if those in charge want it fixed.

I actually have a relevant story for once! My dad is the only person in the house who cleans the toilets because he made the mistake of telling my mum how bad she was at cleaning toilets. He later developed bowel cancer and had a stoma which is not pleasant to clean up which I learned the hard way when I became a carer. He's completely fine now thankfully but still needs to get check ups once a year I think. Ironically he's actually having his check up today!
@@bryanroy3316 I'm actually not too sure about that. I don't really have much memory of that time but my dad only had operations to get rid of the cancer which we all helped with his recovery. However, my family are very stubborn people especially when it comes to health problems so he started working as soon as he possibly could.
@@Bethbethisme Can he have raw cabbage and raw garlic, and would he? Garlic - raw, from a clove - is pretty well known for "possibly preventing cancer." Cabbage is similar with that. ... That last set of stories is why I have a dashcam. Put the same amount of trust in a cop as you would any other joe-schmoe, they’re people too, and any person has the possibility of being scummy.
5 to t0% of people are sociopaths. People who want to make the world a better place, and bullies become cops. When a cop becomes aware of a problem with another cop, he/she must report it to the supervisor. If your supervisor ignores the report, there is no recourse. If you go outside "chain of command" you get fired. If other cops learn of your "betrayal", you get hunted, and absolutely never supported if you need help in the normal course of duty. re: supervisors: When you separate action from responsibility, you find normal people behaving as if they were sociopaths.
That's honestly the best way of putting it imo. Like, there's a possibility that a cop can be a terrible person, and everyone should be extremely wary of that, but it doesn't demonize everyone who happens to be a cop. It hits just the right neutral zone where it doesn't sound like a "not all cops" kind of thing nor an "acab" kind of thing Anyway, just giving a deep analysis on a 10/10 statement.
@@lightningqueen1145 Now, one thing we have to keep in mind is that police have more opportunities to get themselves out of things, so one could make the argument that they're more likely to pull stuff like this because they're more likely to get away with it.
Cops have a higher chance of being scummy than most. In the US, ticket revenue is divided between departments in the government, including the police department. They're essentially getting a departmental commission on tickets. If there's extra money in the police budget (there always is), they use it on things like espresso machines, slushy machines, new vehicles, even tanks - things that benefit the officers, or that the officers want for the department. They have incentive to write as many tickets as possible, for real or imagined infractions, so they have incentive to demonize as many people as possible.
The cop stories, not an accident, but my only ever speeding ticket I was able to get out of cause the cop lied. We have a town near us where the cops in that town have a "reputation" for being dickheads. They once made a girl I worked with cry while interviewing her after a single car accident then accused her of "being hormonal". That type of shit. Anyways, I get pulled over going about 6 or 7 over on a surface street. He has an attitude the second he starts talking to me and accuses me of doing almost 15 over. I'm confused cause I used to work on this road and I know I wasn't going that far over. He won't listen though, and basically dares me to challenge it in court. So I do. Looking at the ticket, he's written the posted speed limit as 5mph lower than the actual posted speed limit. I challenge the ticket. I even go down the road with my dad getting video and picture evidence of where I got pulled over and the posted speed limits in that direction. Show up to the court date and the judge lowers the speed over and changes it to a warning and throws out the ticket.
I had a ticket get thrown out because the doofus didn't know where we were & it was very obvious to the attorney who looked at it that he was full of it. It was around 2am, I was driving back from a friend's house & was exhausted. I kept catching myself going under the speed limit. At one particular stoplight, at the bottom of a steep hill & exceptionally curvy road, there's a gas station that the local cops will sometimes just chill at. As I went through the intersection, one of them started following me. Eventually, he pulled me over - I know why he did. He thought I was drunk & trying to not get noticed by going slower, but nah. I was just really tired. It was literally the first question he asked me. When it became very obvious that I hadn't been drinking, he came up with a story that I had been going 60MPH up to the stoplight by the gas station. Something that is physically impossible to do without wrecking your shit &/or blowing the light because of the extremely sharp curves in the road before it becomes an exceptionally steep hill. Like...physics won't let you do that... I know he's full of it, but I'm exhausted & just want to get home, so I don’t try to argue with him about it. When he brings me the ticket, dipshit apparently doesn't know where he is & puts us down as being in Garner rather than Willow Springs. Garner is like 15-20 minutes away from where we are. I go home, relay to my Mum the details, while she writes everything down. When I go to court a couple of days later the attorney who looks over the traffic tickets & decides whether the judge needs to hear them or not _lives maybe 5 minutes away from where he pulled me over_ , so she knows the area just as well as I do & knows just as well as I do that this ticket is bogus & just balls it up while laughing & tosses it in the trash.

No joke this just happened to me recently. I’m from Florida and back in April I was driving home after a long day at work in the downtown area. It was going to be a long 40 minute drive home. The speed limit is 65 and I’m going 70 on cruise control. I was actually listening to RSlash, driving next to a cop and just about to move over to get to my exit onto another highway, when suddenly the cop hits his breaks, turns on his lights and blares his sirens. I was super confused and realized that he was pulling ME over! We pull over and he’s literally screaming at me how I’m going 85-90 on the highway! I said to him “what?! We were driving next to each other so I was going the same speed as you!” He argues with me and tells me that he could arrest me for reckless driving. That’s when I keep my mouth shut, and just wait for him to bring me the ticket. I hired The Ticket Clinic and had his stupid ticket dismissed two days ago. Fuck Florida cops.
After listening to the first story of OP dealing with the manager, not being allowed to pick up the trays outside the various room. I'm wondering if everyone OP talked to, knew what kind of person OP's manager is like. Since anyone higher then OP's manager didn't tell OP to do it. I'm thinking they wanted the manager to get deeper and deeper into trouble (by his own making). To insure that it would get to the point that he will be fired. But that's only a guess on my part.
Lmao I relate to that grandma who refused to drive so much. When my husband and I first started dating, he got his drivers licence taken away because of speeding. During that time I had to drive him anywhere. I have always disliked driving but my husband told me that: "Once I get my licence back, you'll never have to drive again." Now 4 years later whenever I don't feel like driving, I remind him of those words, and he has kept his promise and always drives me wherever I want to go

Depends on the area of the US. Up here in michigan, my great grandma born in the late 1890s drove a car. But down in the deep southeast, some my extended family never learned to drive until their husband's retired.
I was born in the early '50s, and though there was a division of labor, there was mutual respect, communication, and care, and cooperative effort on most projects. If someone had tried to treat my mom that way, they would have had severe accidents. She's going strong at 92, and doesn't take shit from anyone. When one of her subordinates tried to intimidate her, she quietly fired them, and had them banned from the college where they worked.
And cops wonder why we don't trust them anymore... I mean, I'd be willing to bet there is a non-zero number of cops who aren't raging buttholes, but the system protects and promotes those who are, so we don't have the luxury of assuming the best of any cop that happens to cross our path. Our civil rights, and indeed our very lives, depend on not letting our guard down.
The sad thing is that they're are plenty of stories of "good" cops being fired or forced to quit because they wouldn't "play along" with the BS. That's why ACAB became a thing, since it expresses how all the people in the force are either bastards, or enablers (through silence or otherwise)

my grandma also was not allowed to drive. My grandpa was very strickt wit that....then he went sick and could not drive anymore, but because she never was able to use her driving skills she was afraid to use the car in her old age. He always told me that he regrets that he forbid his wife to drive. He always told me to never listen to a man if he forbids me to drive. He gave me the money to get a drivers licence (which is expensive in Germany) and I was the one who drove him in his old age to get groceries, etc. I am a woman.

About cops and accidents, even if the cop is at fault it is always the other driver's fault. My cousin was going through a intersection when a cop without lights on ran a stop sign and t-boned my cousin. Witnesses testified against the officer but my cousin was found guilty of reckless driving
Not always. I worked with a guy that got pulled over once. He was drunk at the time and had both alcohol and marijuana in the car so he knew he was going to jail but another cop came as backup, failed to put his car in park when he got out and his car rolled away and hit my coworker's car. The first cop just handed him a card, told him to call that number and the state's insurance would cover and have a nice night. And yes I know it's a true story. I saw him get pulled, knew he had been drinking and did not expect to see him at work the next day because I too expected him to be in jail. But he was there on time with a story to tell and a dent in his fender.
A story why you should get dashcams for accidents: I always tell my mother to get a dashcam or buy me a dashcam when I start driving. We got hit last year in May at a red stop light. The guy had no insurance (which is illegal). The guy never got a ticket for hitting us and my poor mom suffers from a herniated disc because of the accident. He was acting all buddy buddy with the cop; so it sucks not everyone can get justice or gets told they’re lying due to lack of evidence.
16:30 Dash cams are _sooo_ important these days…it sucks that it has to be like that, but after a few incidents we got front/rear cameras, haven’t had to use them yet, but if it does happen, I imagine a scenario where they lie (like those cops) and then I get to have a _got ya_ moment like a TV courtroom drama 😝
Those last stories are why I have a dash cam, one that has an external memory card so that I can take it out just in case I need to keep the stored footage.
Don't just take it out, stick it in your phone and upload it online. The last thing you want is a dirty cop trying to find it and using the excuse of smelling weed to completely dismantle and impound your vehicle. If you upload it, you can simply give them the card as a last resort.
Generally speaking, yes. There can be extenuating circumstances like if you have video evidence or witness testimony of someone brake checking you for an insurance scam or something like that. Or there is the case of a guy I used to know. He just stopped in time in a traffic jam but the car behind hit him and shoved him into the cars in front. 4 or 5 other cars damaged in the crash. He was found at fault for ALL of them. How can that be? Because they found a joint in his car. Drug users are always at fault.
@@wingracer1614 Well to be fair being under the influence of drugs does alter the way you act/think. So it is reasonable to suspect that your friend being stoned was the cause of the accident. Even though it was not.
My husband and I were driving one day & went through an intersection with a JUST turned orange light. (Under our laws, its legal to do this when you’re way too close to come to a safe stop without slamming your on breaks.) Problem was - a cop was waiting to turn and obviously saw the orange light and planted his foot. Almost hitting us. Sirens & lights go on, we pulled over. Cop: “You went through a red light!!” H: “No, it was orange & wasn’t safe to stop” Cop: “No! It was red!! Here’s your ticket” This f^cking cop was obviously so embarrassed by HIS screw up he made us pay for his mistake so he wouldn’t look bad. Worse part was I worked with the police department at the time as a contractor - needless to say I don’t miss the as$holes in that place.
When I was 14, I was hit by a woman with her car while I was driving my scooter. She was at fault, I had priority. She had let my brother and his bike passed, I guess my scooter wasn't big enough for her to be considered... When the cops arrived, they send me to hospital because my leg was injured. They did nothing at the hospital, I had to go see a specialist for a couple of weeks. I wanted to take statements from the witness (mother working for insurance, I was well trained), but the cops saied they would be doing it for me since I was too young. They also saied they were going to write the report and deal with the insurances. They did none, and when my mum came to ask why, they saied it was perfectly legal. Why didn't they do anything ? Turned out the woman at fault was married to one of their colleagues I disregard both cops and cops family since then
My father, back in the 70s during the height of his hippie phase, was in a van with some friends smoking marijuana when they were pulled over. The cops were dirty, and decided to steal the pot off of them for their own use. This rattled them so much that, when asked if he could be impartial in a trial for jury duty, my dad recounted this story and that he wouldn’t because the defendant was a police officer. The judge got a kick out of it, at least, and dismissed him. Another time, my father was arrested for being high (same decade, I think), but the cops didn’t have any concrete proof. My dad just sat at the table in Lala Land (yes, he was high), serenely smiling behind his bushy beard and not saying or doing anything. Then he started doing yoga. By the time he was in downward dog, the cops decided to release him. Even if they could prove that he was high, they couldn’t prove he was dangerous.
that last story. As they said in the movie Watchmen: "Who watches the watchmen" Who polices the police? There's nothing i hate more than abuse of power. And If the law turns a blind eye, then i would take justice in my own hands and accept the consequences. Either the system applies to everyone or no one.
I was at the head of a train of band parents leading a caravan of the entirety of my old high school band to a performance because their buses didn’t show up. I had three students in my own car, along with my own instruments. A cop cut me off when we were almost there and she pulled me over. She accused me of flipping her off (I wasn’t) and that I was speeding (she was going like… 30 in a 45 or something on a single-lane road, and she’d cut me off when the lane split to two and I tried to go past her). She ended up writing me a ticket; not for speeding or reckless driving, not even for ‘giving her the finger’, but for ‘having an unsecured baby seat’? I didn’t have a baby-seat in my car; I was 19 and no one in our family has.. been a baby for about 15 years. My best guess is that she saw my euphonium case stuffed between two of the kids in the backseat and thought it was a booster seat and decided to charge me for that. The band director offered to pay for my ticket; even one of the band parents - who was a cop - said I should fight the ticket. But because my family was poor and/or ‘didn’t want to rock the boat’ my dad just told me to pay the ticket and not fight it. So now I’m sure I have a bullshit ticket on my record just because some cop was having a bad day.

@@BenoitRAG3 How oblivious are you dude? The examples in the videos and tons of examples in the comments show people being law-abiding citizens and still getting harassed by cops. In the vast majority of cases your actions seem to have very little to do with a cop's treatment of you, instead, that cop's current mood seems to be the deciding factor
The last story about the different shared cop stories. In light of the recent events that's been going on, I understand that people will jump to the ‘ACAB’ reason. And I have mixed feelings about the thing. I have a grandfather who was in the police force for the closer part of 36 years, and a chief of police for those last 6 years before retiring. There are good cops out there, but those types of cops being buried by the cops who are bastards cause of dumb reasons like the last story. Those types of cops will give such dumb reasons to either arrest someone, give someone a ticket, or some other reason. And the last story, it wasn't the girl's fault, she was trying to be a responsible adult and get her car brakes looked at when she crashed. Obviously with the ground being slick and having a more difficult time breaking, the risk of crashing is much higher.
Sadly, the argument could be made that she should have had it towed. I work on cars, and I've seen cars that are still road worthy, but have an issue (say, a coolant leak, or the radiator isn't working right), and the owner elected to have it towed. If the car made it to my shop with the issue, it could make it home with the issue. People end up sitting in the lobby waiting for tow trucks that take around 3 hours. Then there's risk vs reward. She took the risk because it was more affordable, until everything had gone wrong.
Not really malicious compliance, but I got reminded of a time my friend and her mom were driving home and another car, driving wildly, slammed into them. The people in this car then proceeded to yell at my friends mom and blame her for the crash. It was pure luck that it had happened near a security camera, that clearly showed who was in the wrong.
For that last post one day when I was out camping my dog got out of my neighbours backyard when they let him out and he got ran over by a cop car going over the speed limit without any lights another neighbour witnessed it The worst part is based off of what my neighbour says, the car didn’t even stop after It hit my dog
*groan* I am someone who thinks that ACAB is an objective wrong and stupid statement. It is a statement that makes it seem like the near 700,000 other cops are all power tripping assholes when there are plenty that legit want to protect and serve. Which makes that last set of stories especially frustrating as it adds to that mindset. Seriously, don’t let a few stories about abusive cops make you think they’re all bad.
They're not all bad but ACAB stands for all cops are bastards. They ARE all bastards because they work within a bastarized system, one that is systematically racist and oppressive. Being a bastard doesn't mean they're a bad person or bad at their job, just that they are complicit of a system that benefits some and abuses others. You're free to your own opinions but ACAB as a statement still stands no matter the amount of good cops on the force
Happy Sunday Rslash, and Congratulations 🎊🎈🍾🎉! I herd you and your wife welcomed a baby girl !!! Thanks for the stories 🌻☀️ ( I am sure I am behind the eight ball on the congratulations.)
They hold that blue line and if you are a good cop and report another cop you get forced off the force. Do that long enough and all that's left is a stinking heap of criminals who induct only other criminals into their ranks. They get very little training before being assigned to an older cop in the system to finish training them. Months when here in the Netherlands you have to go to school for years to become even the lowest level of cop. So they do not have the training to stand upto the older cops in the system.
At least your justice system is not f*** yp as ours you can kill some one with witneses bribe some one 2500 dolars and you are free and latley they relase prisoners because there is no more room left in prisons
@@guitarbass22 Oh it does but how are they going to solve a case when everyone's bodycams are sudden;y malfunctioning at the same time, evidence goes missing from lock up and everyone has matched their witness statements? Stil, there are some fun moments though, like the time it was stated that if their bodycams were off they'd automatically be found at fault. Not sure who did that, a police chief or a judge but it was obviously needed as you had soundbites of cops telling eachother to turn their cams off before certain actions.
That story about OP’s grandparents reminded me of an arrangement my parents have: my dad likes his socks folded a certain way. Eventually, she told him that if he didn’t like how she folded them, he could do it himself. His socks now sit in a small basket, usually unfolded 😂

My husband’s favourite dessert was rice pudding, as a young bride I started to make it but was told it was nice but not as good as his Mother’s. I kept making it from the recipe I had but he said it was too sweet so I tweaked the recipe and decreased the sugar but every time it was not as good as his mother’s so I ask her how she made it. The recipe she gave had four times as much sugar as I used and sweetened condensed milk. Ended up with a horribly sweet rice that my husband told me was the most disgusting one that he had ever tasted. When I explained where I got the recipe and he told me that I had got it wrong there was no way his mother ever made something that horrible. I did wonder whether MIL have given me the wrong recipe on purpose she never liked me much. One day we arrive at the in-laws just as MIL finished cooking a batch of her famous rice pudding, she dished up a bowl for husband who ate it in silence. After he finished she brought the pot over to give him a second helping but he declined telling her he was full, she was shocked as he always had second and third helpings. When we got into the car and husband leaned over to tell me that my rice pudding was better than his mother’s. I never made again and tossed my recipe out, He has tried to make it himself but can’t get it right.

There were no witnesses who stuck around and that cop definitely wasn't anywhere nearby either.
About the stories with the cops recklessly driving. I have a story about that too. So what had happened is the my cousin was crossing a road. He had the light for the crosswalk and started to cross on his skateboard. Passed one car that stopped and got hit by the officer in the police car who just wanted to drive pass the red light I guess. (Edit I realized I forgot to say that the cop didn't have his lights or was responding to anything). He told us that he flew up and over the car and had his leg broken. It was really sad because the cop didn't care I can't remember what my cousin said he said, but I remember he said that the cop didn't care. It really sucked because he was transport via ambulance 42 minutes away to the hospital. Because he had to go to a children's hospital or something like that. But I remember him saying that it hurt so bad because he could feel everything like the bumps and stuff. He also said that the doctor said thankfully he was on a skateboard and had a backpack because if not it would have been a lot worse. Sorry, for the long story I hope it's understandable also sorry if my grammar sucks.

You sent the person who was directly behind my daughter in the ambulance with her.”
So a week later we finally get the police report.
I said, “then she shouldnt have been speeding and texting hill driving over a blind hill.”
As it turns out the girl was driving another person’s car and was uninsured.
You should put this on reddit

To save himself a lot of crap he wrote void over the ticket and told me to keep my speed down and walked back to his car with his head in shame. I still get dirty looks from all the cops in my area. Thank you for saying joe-schmoe instead of Ordinary Mo. :-)
It hits just the right neutral zone where it doesn't sound like a "not all cops" kind of thing nor an "acab" kind of thing
Anyway, just giving a deep analysis on a 10/10 statement.
How do you know when a cop lies?

With the story about someone grandma who wouldn’t drive I thought that when the grandpa said women shouldn’t drive he was going to get T-boned by a guy later that week or something
Edit: In three hours this is already my most liked comment. Holy smokes guys. Thanks :)
Heard the story on another channel so I knew what to expect, but it’s still a good story of watch what you say. Lol.
my grandma also was not allowed to drive.
I understand that it was uncalled for to say what he said but he clearly learned his lesson and the grandmother inconveniencing everyone for decades was petty and pretty much the definition of cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Woah chill you want him to die because of that comment back then they were taught to treat their wife like that grandma actually got off easy most would have 1. Sold their wife
2. Sold their wife
About cops and accidents, even if the cop is at fault it is always the other driver's fault. My cousin was going through a intersection when a cop without lights on ran a stop sign and t-boned my cousin. Witnesses testified against the officer but my cousin was found guilty of reckless driving
Cops get away with murder.
HAHA I LOVE THE PLOT TWIST WITH THE GRANDMA BEING STUCK INSIDE
A story why you should get dashcams for accidents:
I always tell my mother to get a dashcam or buy me a dashcam when I start driving.
"Plot twist grandmas still. I'm there.." "so this next story is grandmas" 😱😨
Imagine if it was the same poster
Those last stories are why I have a dash cam, one that has an external memory card so that I can take it out just in case I need to keep the stored footage.
Don't just take it out, stick it in your phone and upload it online.
The last thing you want is a dirty cop trying to find it and using the excuse of smelling weed to completely dismantle and impound your vehicle. If you upload it, you can simply give them the card as a last resort.

isn't it like this: if one person rear ends second person, the person who is behind is always at fault.
@@aaronabbey2604 That was my point. Usually the guy that hit him would be at fault but there are circumstances that can change that.
My husband and I were driving one day & went through an intersection with a JUST turned orange light.
(Under our laws, its legal to do this when you’re way too close to come to a safe stop without slamming your on breaks.)
Problem was - a cop was waiting to turn and obviously saw the orange light and planted his foot. Almost hitting us.
Sirens & lights go on, we pulled over.
Cop: “You went through a red light!!”
H: “No, it was orange & wasn’t safe to stop”
Cop: “No! It was red!! Here’s your ticket”
This f^cking cop was obviously so embarrassed by HIS screw up he made us pay for his mistake so he wouldn’t look bad.
Turned out the woman at fault was married to one of their colleagues
I disregard both cops and cops family since then
My father, back in the 70s during the height of his hippie phase, was in a van with some friends smoking marijuana when they were pulled over.
What those two cops did is the definition of a power Trip
I'd say that roughly 20% of cops are school shooters that didn't reach the tipping point before school ended.
Grandma's ultimate revenge... love it.
The end of this video just made me so angry. I don’t even drive but I’ve had enough experiences with the cops to not trust them than I can throw them.

Plot twist: Grandma didn’t want to drive again because she committed a hit and run murder!

Baltimore CAB for sure. My sister was driving to the hospital to perform emergency surgery on a patient at 3 AM and she got pulled over because her license plate stickers were peeling a little (how they saw that at stupid o'clock in the morning is beyond me). They screamed at her and accused her of having fake stickers or some shit. She showed them her medical ID and kept trying to tell them that the hospital NEEDED her but they wouldn't believe her or let her go. It took calling a MALE colleague to finally convince them to let her go with a ticket. Her comment on the whole thing was "If I didn't look like the mayor of Pumpkin Spice Latte-Ville, they would have f***ing shot me." (i.e. if she weren't white). I'm still furious on her behalf.

My brother got brought home by the cops the other week. It was 8am and I had literally woken up to my brother calling me to explain what happened. 10 minutes later the cop is there to drop him off. I have to give my info to the cop to confirm I live there and stuff like that.
The cop then starts asking if I've been drinking or am otherwise inebriated and won't just let me go back inside. It's my own house and I'm not even the one in trouble here.
When I told him I just woke up he starts asking about how much sleep I got. He shut up when I asked why I was being interrogated and if I should contact my lawyer.

Dudes a legend for going to court to help that lady.
I know a judge can’t be punished for wrongful conviction but the bloody cops should be able to get a bloody warning for this stuff

They're not all bad but ACAB stands for all cops are bastards. They ARE all bastards because they work within a bastarized system, one that is systematically racist and oppressive. They hold that blue line and if you are a good cop and report another cop you get forced off the force. Do that long enough and all that's left is a stinking heap of criminals who induct only other criminals into their ranks. They get very little training before being assigned to an older cop in the system to finish training them. Not sure who did that, a police chief or a judge but it was obviously needed as you had soundbites of cops telling eachother to turn their cams off before certain actions.
That story about OP’s grandparents reminded me of an arrangement my parents have: my dad likes his socks folded a certain way.
