Reservists and guardsmen have at least one weekend a month (somet8mes three or four day weekend), AT, and about every other year a school... PLUS a full time job, and sometimes college classes as well....
You thinking reservists have more time available, shows you don’t know what is going on. I did 6+ years active army, been in the guard over twenty, trust me, Ihad more FOT (fuck off time) in the active army than I ever did since going guard....
You're an MP at Campbell? I got 10 MP cars on me for not waiting the full 3 seconds at a stop sign. Gung ho about them tickets and it cost me $250. @@deshrek9376 Lol. I got one of those. It doesn't certify anything. The folded flag and "Soldier for Life" pin are worth about as much or more. The DD214 is where it's at. Keep multiple copies and salt them away in safe deposit boxes, with trusted relatives, buried in the yard, in fire safes, and on the digital cloud. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing crocs but the rest is about right with occasional cigars and whiskey.
