  • I'm still getting used to the new piano. It'll take a while before I can play as clean and fast on this one than I can on the other one. The keys are wider and have a higher resistance, the pedal comes on later, etc...
I stumbled across this sequence while getting accustomed with and practising on the new keyboard. It's like calibrating your muscle memory if you want so. At the moment my finger span for every chord I grab is slightly too small "by default", because the old keys were narrower. This shows in double notes usually at the highest note. Unfortunately, that's also usually the one that wants the most attention from the listener, so these slips are extra audible. To make things a little bit harder still I have no feeling in my right hand's little finger since I cut the nerves I few years ago.🤕

Have you considered making a contemporary classical/experimental album? A few artists I listen to have stuff kind of like what you play sometimes.

I've published two albums a few years ago. On Spotify as "thirsty bee", buts its more " cocktail piano "...

@@Rid-iculo-us Off the top of my head? Dmitry Evgrafov (Pereehali) and Gavin Bryars (Hommages), but I'm not sure how well these albums would pertain to you as contemporary classical is so vast in flavor from artist to artist. I'll check out your Thirsty Bee stuff.

@@LeavesDecayingthanks. I'll check them out 😊I've not heard of them, but doesnt mean much. My knowledge of musicians or bands is rather limited.
