if you eat on the roadside in India my advice is to pay attention to the way it is processed, I am not saying the way it is processed is bad, but every food vendor in India has a unique way 😁
Next time ask for a masala chai. It is even more yummy! A good one has ginger and cardamon added. That's enough. In the States they add way to much spices such as star anise , cinnamon, ginger, cardamon and even or more. It is really overkill, but some people I guess like it. For me ginger and cardamon is enough. Give it a try.

Kerala is the birthplace of martial arts. it is where the mother of all martial arts kalaripayattu was born. It's gaining in popularity because it uniquely combines defence techniques, dance, yoga and healing systems. various places in Kerala martial art is performed on stage it's excellent. lots of people still think that martial art was invented in China. actually an Indian monk named Bodhidharma who brought Buddhism to China practiced kalaripayattu and he taught some of it's practice to his disciples in china.
