Travelling In Delhi, you should consider Delhi Metro first, then Uber Cabs, then Auto Rickshaws...in that order of preference. I think that'll be a bit more safer.

I don't think I've ever hailed an auto in the past 6 or 7 years living in NCR. It's nothing but a racket and an unnecessary contributor to visual pollution. Unless of course, you opt for blue e-autos. I've yet to try those.

I have recently shifted to Delhi from Kolkata. I would suggest to use Metro or Uber for commuting. Metro is super safe and very convienent. Tho, some metro lines are very crowded during office hours - 10 AM and 6 PM. Also, you will find 80% of the population inside Metro are educated and they will be able to help you..Police & Amry officials are everywhere at entrace and exit. You don't need to but tickets from counter, you either use smart card if you have one or just book a ticket using aap

'Tandoor' generally is that big trunk where he already had the cups placed(heated one).
He took one cup out of 'tandoor/trunk' and poured some tea to it.. what it will do is, it will bring that SMOKEY flavour to it.. that's why it is called as tandoori tea.
The big breads were also cooked in tandoor/trunk.. it generally uses either coal or wooden planks to burn it.. which brings that SMOKEY flavour to it.

My friend and I were 2 women at a hotel in Haldwani, across from Nanak bakery. The door had bigger key holes. I saw a employee spying through the hole and I opened the door and he ran down the hall. I reported it but the desk man didn't seem to care or respond. He completely ignored it us.

Anybody coming to delhi should not be negligent on their safety, I mean it holds 30 million people. You should take some precautions and everything else will be good, I mean it's India it has to be. The problem is with people, we need to set examples. Also I think the youth needs to be pushed towards something productive or at least entertaining but with some sort of restrictions, we are creating a bad society. I see lust stories trending in India and with time stamps of particular scene and i feel alarmed because it's definitely the youth that is the target audience of the show, while I am not saying to ban everything I think we need to balance such content with educational content that makes the youth aware of behaving sensibly; I come from UP and here the problem is more like the same. Ethical Education is must for the betterment of our society.
