WTF does Alloo ki Sabzi or Baigan ki Sabzi etc mean ? Alloo/Baigan is a vegetable itself so its Potato's Vegetable ? Oh North Indians ! .. Ahh may be its just an non official, routine conversational terms for ease of understanding and got popular by the passage of time, like "Chai Tea" in American 🤔🤔.. (Be Curious, Not Judgmental)

@@kavenseth Sabzi is a broad term here. It is almost like what western people call 'curry'. A more apt comparison would be 'red colour' which doesn't make sense in English at all. Even 'jeans pants', but I have only heard it on net.

He missed a very important point, which is the marketing of loose tea powder, which was a byproduct of tea leaf processing. So while the finer crop was exported, the leftovers were made into a powder which was made available to the Indian market. It was essentially the waste product of the tea processing. And because the taste of this powder was not that great, it was essential to add milk and sugar to make it palatable.

Tea is not a favourite drink for all part of India. In Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh the favourite drink is Coffee. The black tea is favourite in Kerala, Srilanka some places of Tamil Nadu and North Eastern states. Tamil people migrated to Cyelon and Malaysia by British ruler.
Also Tamils, Gujarat and Bihar peoples migrated to Mauritius, Reunion, South Africa caribean islands and Asian Pacific Islands of British colonies.

Oh, how absolutely groundbreaking! You, the brave and rebellious soul, have dared to defy the sacred elixir of chai and chosen the path of coffee. How could you possibly endure the unbearable burden of societal judgment and peer pressure for your audacious preference? It must be truly agonizing to navigate a world that revolves around chai while you sip on your exotic, non-conformist coffee. One can only hope that one day, the nation will rise above its chai addiction and embrace your exceptional taste in beverages. And yes, let's all eagerly await the TH-cam video from Nirmal, the savior of chai dissenters, as he sheds light on the injustice you face. Stay strong in your crusade against chai tyranny!
