FLYING TO MEXICO & PLAYA DEL CARMEN NIGHTLIFE

- I had been in Colombia and got on a flight to fly back to Mexico for the 4th time and get another 180 days tourist visa. I took off from Medellin and went to the Yucatan Peninsula and the city of Cancun. I had a small apartment in Playa Del Carmen and took the bus back there. Then we explored the Playa Del Carmen night life and went to different bars. There has been a lot of writings online about Mexico immigration crackdown and not giving out 180 day tourist visas several times to people who come and go, but for me there was no problems going through immigration and getting my 6 months Mexico visa again for the 4th time.
I had previously traveled around all over the west and east side of Mexico and also all the most famous places in the state of Quintana Roo and Yucatan. @@angelamohr4582 yeah many parts in Europe are very strict. In Sweden there is no mask requirements anywhere and no restrictions at all. But they will probably implement covid vaccination passports soon. And if you dont have it you wont be let in to stores even

I visited Gothenburg several years ago. Beautiful "beach town". Not my idea of beach tho.
I just returned to USA from a 1600 Km drive from PV to Lake Chapala and more. Loved every one of the 12 day road trip. PV was nice. Bucerias was even nicer! Mazatlan was a great experience as well.
I am going back after the first of the year.. CDMX to Oaxaca etc. I could take you as a ride along... Stay in touch.

Welcome back. I’ve hearing some people not getting the 180 days visa recently, I thought you may have experience something like that when you mentioned that the airplane was requesting ticket to get outside Mexico but I’m glad it didn’t happen.

Had the same problem when I traveled to PDC in October 2021, I flew with Frontier from Orlando, Florida and they didn’t allow me to board the flight without a return ticket. They said that the Mexican government was reinforcing emigration laws. Previously I had flown in September 2021 to PDC with JetBlue without an outgoing ticket. The scenery in Colombia was amazing !!! Too bad about the $90.00 fee at the airport in Medellin , but it's easy to be a tourist in Mexico !!! Great footage of the nightlife in Playa Del Carmen - love the cheap one dollar drinks at the bar - muy buena :)

Nice to see you safe in Mexico. In my opinion, you didn't do Medellin justice but then again I'm bias since I had the time of my life there back in the day. You definitely should have visited at minimum Cartagena especially since you love the water. I would also recommend the Coffee triangle. I'll be in Mexico 🇲🇽 in 2 weeks for a needed vacation. Just hope we don't have any problems with either the shady police or cartel turf battles. Take care and hope to see videos from Sweden.
