This was delicious, thank you for this recipe. I used a cup of your homemade vegetable stock instead of water as I had some in the fridge that needed using up and added a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the sauce at the end of cooking.

I keep pasta alla nerano in heavy rotation but will try your pureed method next time. Sometimes I thicken things up a bit with 1 tsp homemade roasted cashew mascarpone👍
Being that Spain is supposed to be the healthiest Mediterranean country why is it that you don't use whole wheat pasta with everything? Can you talk to us a little bit about ingredients in Spain please? I would like to know why it's recommended as the healthiest country but yet we use all these enriched pastas which is no better than America.
