That is why the Holy Spirit keeps inspiring the creativity of Brits down the ages, not least Shakespeare and Ralph Vaughan Williams, and the hymn-writers, but also Duran Duran, The Beatles, Coldplay, Elbow, Keane, Sting and so on. Probably they do not even know how spiritually-inspired their work is, but it matters not. A huge dose of God's love, mercy and forgiveness is on offer in this movie, which is not surprising because it is a specific and targeted response to the evil of 9/11. Why do you think airports and flying are so key here, and why do you think the finale moves away from the characters in the film to every one of us, as accompanied by "God only knows". The ONLY thing that keeps away the little bit of paradise on Earth (of kindness, love, connectivity, service, and goodwill) that the above clip reveals is our refusal to SEE and to name what we see for what it is. It is God reaching out to us, making 99% of the effort in the hope that we will make the 1%..

A huge dose of God's love, mercy and forgiveness is on offer in this movie, which is not surprising because it is a specific and targeted response to the evil of 9/11. Why do you think airports and flying are so key here, and why do you think the finale moves away from the characters in the film to every one of us, as accompanied by "God only knows". The ONLY thing that keeps away the little bit of paradise on Earth (of kindness, love, connectivity, service, and goodwill) that the above clip reveals is our refusal to SEE and to name what we see for what it is. It is God reaching out to us, making 99% of the effort in the hope that we will make the 1%..

Normally this is my Christmas Movie that I watch once a year every year but today I needed a pick me up and this is exactly what I needed!
One of the best films I have ever seen.
