    I'm doing exactly the same thing here.
    I'm using a roller for the paint though.

    Hello R.A. I'm covering my first wing tomorrow using the same system and components you are using. Since I see you've been successful with the process, I have a couple questions. I see that you did a preliminary shrink on the full wing before you did the final gluing down of the individual ribs. Am I to assume that each rib should NOT be glued down before the preliminary shrink? AND....when I cover the top of the wing, is it better to bind up the leading edge first or the trailing edge first.....before pulling the fabric tight to the opposite edge of the wing? Thanks.     did you use the ekofill, or only the ekoprime? thanks

      I used the white eco prime only, no silver no filler. I fist sponged on the first cote to fill the weave, then say two more coats via the spray gun, rub down in 400 then spray one more thin cote of eco prime, de nib, then gloss top cotes in 2k auto paint with 10% flex additive.
