      Bully I am 59 in decent shape. I want to rip it up but I work 60 hours a week. I am up at 4am out of the house at 530. Two things, how often should I eat per day and do you have a Five day work out routine I can follow. I have weights benches and elliptical trainer in cellar.     Can't believe no one has mentioned pineapple. Although it contains no protein, it does contain an enzyme called Bromelain which significantly increases protein absorption. Plus the natural sugars (simple carbs) make this one of the best post workout snacks to go with your protein shake.

    Great list! I recently got back into fitness, eating healthy and doing some research into it now. A lot of TH-cam videos I came across have so much padding/filler content in them to get the video to surpass the 10 minute mark for the ad revenue and here you are just giving it straight and keeping it real.     I do the Quaker Oats can, it’s really simple and quick for anyone that is interested.
    1/2 cup Quaker Oats
    3/4 cup almond milk
    Put in the microwave for 1:30 or so
    Chop a banana
    Sprinkle some cinnamon
    Mix it up

    I like cottage cheese only cause I use to eat it as a kid and that made me like it/get used to it. I mix it with sweetener and fruit.
    As a kid I used to mix it with a packet of sugar and eat that with a fruit salad and a Tropicana OJ... Not so healthy and LOTS of sugar. Mixing it with some mixed berries and some splenda or stevia is a lot better.

    Im a skinny guy who’s starting to grow muscle, and I’ve seen my body change quite a bit and I wanna gain weight. I also don’t want that weight to come from fat, I want it to be muscle mass..

      video watcher Bulk up in a small surplus while eating lots of protein for a few months so that you can optimise muscle growth and then go on a mini cut till your happy with body fat %. Then repeat according to what plans you have

    Glad you mentioned conch I'm originally from the Bahamas now living in Tennessee and whenever family visit i make sure they bring me conch or whenever I'm in Atlanta I go to a place called Conch heaven and get like 3 bowls to bring back another thing is go to a Mexican or Cuban restaurant and get Ceviche it's raw fish that's soacked in lime juice and looks and kinda taste like conch

    I agree w/ @Mark O'Dwyer... Great stuff man! really enjoy the workouts too! My go to favorite, at least every other day (after intermittent fast... ie... not eating later than 8pm then eating breakfast around 10:30am next morning), is combination 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese, 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 1/4 tsp Ceyenne Pepper (kick start metabolism), 1 tsp Tumeric, 1 tbsp Red Beet Powder (for blood pressure regulation), 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips (probably should do without, lol), 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh fruit or dried fruit. Gotta try it... lmk what you think. I also hit up some bullet proof coffee as well...
