  • As Wales gears up for a pivotal Six Nations match against Ireland this Saturday, a group of Welsh fans, members of the Cor y Gleision (Cardiff Rugby Choir), have brought their vocal talents and a spirit of camaraderie to Dublin.
Ahead of the game at the Aviva Stadium, they joined forces with Irish choir mates at the Joe Mays pub in The Skerries for a heartwarming performance of the Welsh hymn, Rachie.
But their visit was more than just a musical tribute; it was a call to action against prostate cancer, the most common cancer in men. Matt Davis, the organiser of this touching event, remarked, “It’s wonderful how rugby brings friends from our two countries to help men’s awareness of cancer.”
Simon Cornish from Cardiff echoed the sentiment, appreciating the warmth and familiarity of Joe May’s pub, “It feels like our home from home.”
