My goto amp pusher is the 808, and for an overdrive the Red Drive (aka Keeley Red Dirt). As an aside, tjwalker has some good captures for low gain overdrives particularly his TS808 - thx again for uploading your presets.
A couple things - I'm not a big user of the SD1 in real life so its hard for me to judge whether they got it right. I will say its not may favorite on the QC. If use it I keep the gain really low and boost the output to push the amp a bit. Otherwise it gets too messy for my tastes.

What are your thoughts on their model of the Boss SD-1?

Press and hold on the input block and activate the gate there instead of using a block
