    This is core of yoga practice and there are less videos on basic breathings practice to follow while doing yoga.... And you guys are making seperate videos on it... Great work👏👏👏👏...

    How much time will stay for inhale and exhale

      @@SujanSuresh-z8x We are following the equal inhalation and exhalation in this one. However, the duration can differ from person to person. One can begin with 5 seconds for both inhalation and exhalation. 🙏🏻😀
