Renting in Ireland is expensive, especially when you rent closer to the city center. I would suggest that you try and find places a bit away from the city to get comparitively cheaper rates
One more thing , Does salary/offer letter play any role in how soon you get the house in Ireland? If the salary is >65k yearly , can I get house in 1 month or it’s not related

Yes, you can get a small house for 1200 per month in th town center. And there's direct bus to Dublin from Dundalk, takes 1hr 15 mins

Cost of living in Cork is a bit lesser than Dublin. If that is the intention behind your change of decision then I think it's cool
