Hi, yes, I suppose it should be easier if your expertise falls under critical skills. You should first negotiate with your employer to grant you a CSEP. In most cases, and in a good companies, they are able to apply it for you and also bear the cost of it. You can self sponsor, but need documentation support from your employer, but this should be your secondary option and should not be brought up until you are absolutely sure your company wont grant you one! Hope this answers your question!

30 to 40 thousand € is a meager amount as compared to the cost involved. I think you have very little knowledge about the job market there. Ireland is in need of a good number of professionals to meet their necessity.

That's true, which would be time and cost saving. But, I have been applying from Indeed, LinkedIn, Irish jobs.ie, reaching out to recruiters and so on. Yet, I didn't receive any reply from them. Do you think applying jobs from India will be effective and efficient? I have close to three years of work exp in data analytics .
