I think it's funny that Sayu's creators are literally struggling to keep Sayu alive while coming up with new ways to make her able to fight and protect herself.

As an Spanish speaker I can tell you that the Sayu dub it’s just awful, it lacks of energy and it’s hard to listen when all the others languages (even the French one who changes the essence of the character) are simply fantastic, really love the English and Japanese dubs btw ❤️

I find it kinda funny how each of Zuke's "May!" lines got progressively more aggressive through each language. He sounded mildly annoyed in the English version and pretty much snapped at Mayday in the Japanese version.
the fight lines are wrong , in Spanish if there are audios with your original voice, but for some reason you hear them sometimes . It seems to be a programming error .
I personally can't stand it, some guy said on another comment that it was dubbed in France, that being the reason it sounds that way. It's like they don't know what they're trying to represent, a Japanese Virtual Idol (Neither the French dub but they change it to a Pop-Diva).

I know a lot of people say the English language is unrefined and inelegant but thats the very thing that allows it to have so many different types of tones. From brutally rude to extremely cutesy. This video can be seen as an example of it. Japanese was pretty good though since they also have a good range of tones, especially perfected in their massive voice acting industry.

Whoever was in charge of the other languages did a blind job at it, and this hurts the game's image; if they tweak the timing when each line starts to play, we could see a huge improvement.

The hell? I finished watching the French dub of 1010 and how it felt like there wasn't enough emoting there, but with Saya, it does seem like they actually went a step beyond expectations. How bizarre...
English and Japanese sound the best in general, French it's also really good, heck there's some scenes in the game that are better in French, but it's odd how they decided to drop the "moe" factor entirely and just went for some auto tuned lady, not to mention it has the heaviest sync issues in moren than one place... Spanish eh... Not terrible, but not my favorite, then again it could be my bias between the accents and speech patterns of my country (Mexico) and the country that did the dub (Spain), but they did put a lot of effort into getting things in pretty much perfect sync and kept things as close to the original, so I find it cool still Now, there's one constant between all the dubs that I like 100%... Zuke and May's voices sound good in general, no complains there, a laidback music loving badass and an energetic passionate musician :3

IT doesn't fit with The time. The voice of Sayu is good, but way to deep....
She sound more mature, tho it doesn't fit the character.

Sayu had a full mermaid design before it would fit on that one, but that actual one is 50% mermaid 50% virtual idol, a deep Voice dont fit alot in it
not "kinda", it is horrible lmao ! French and Japanese languages are too far from each other in term of tonality and way of speech, that is why most of French dub for anime are really very cringe-worthy !
