I really think it's interesting that the Censor and Heavy Censor are the only enemies that don't hurt the mind they reside in
I think that's because its a natural occurrence or they naturally spawn in the mind to help you not think about things most likely they're the natural enemies to bad ideas, regrets, and doubts since well they're negative they don't belong there it'd be neat if they actually had the censors attack other enemies in the area of they haven't caught sight of raz yet it'd be a neat way of showing the more or less mind highrarchy and give more lore to how the inside of the mind functions judgement, bad moods and enablers are probably the more neutral enemies judgement while can be snuffed out with censors naturally needs to be kept around so you can judge an action you are going to make bad moods cannot be affected normally and most likely just come and go over time enablers are odd since their description says they support negative thoughts that seems strange they would work with censors but again it could be a more symbiotic relationship enablers boost the censors thus the censors don't get rid of them a win win for both involved

The don't hurt the mind because they only get rid of thoughts that don't belong there they also attack anything hurting the mind
Makes them sound like a therapist's friend.
Goes to show, not all thoughts need to be entertained
So fun fact 0:34 is the result of collision breaking as the props spawn in mid-cutscene. However it’s so funny they left it in, making the way the chair launches unique to every player.

If you name ANYTHING the "Panic Attack," it's most likely going to either look or do something crazy.
It also just _sounds_ intimidating, so there's that I suppose...
The way you deal with it, by slowing it down, is also related to how you stop a panic attack in real life; by slowing down and taking deep breaths

Enablers are really annoying, but they remind me of leadadoni from yokai watch
They are annoying to deal with. They mostly try to evade you and they'll often dodge if you try to PSI blast them.
basically everybody when they both meet a enemy: *yeah I’ll find a way out, I’ll just leave you alone to kill this weird thing*

I think the moth in Bobs brain kinda acts like an enabler. It’s that voice that tells you that you shouldn’t quit drinking because right now this is the best your going to feel. Confronting things of your past are only ever going to hurt you and you should just stick to the bottle.

I love that Double Fine can finally follow up on the ideas they had in the first game and even make brand new ones. Every inch of this game is brimming with creativity.
It was a drug trip and I loved it

I’m saying that almost everything from before was expanded on in addition to completely new ideas.
A lot of people in this comment section say that they miss the mind-exclusive enemies that the first game had. Well... what about the boss fights? Those are essentially the biggest, worst, most-impacting demons you have to fight off
But almost every enemy gets a diferent variant depending on the mind they're on.
Game I had boss fights too.
Game 1 had not that many exclusive enemies. Mostly Linda and Gloria and later the Meat Circus.

@@GormlessGob Perhaps, but in game 2 there still is progression concerning new bosses. Raz gradually discovers and battles new enemies in new minds. Sure, some enemies are the same as the ones in game 1, but yeah.

Gmen weren't really enemies more like part of a puzzle
There's a lot more variety in this game in general, though. So less level specific baddies , more baddies overall.

I mean for the most part, enemies like judges, panic attack and bad mood were relatively exclusive to their respective minds and only really came out within the final two minds you go through

thats my favorite thing about richard horvitz, you can always tell its him, but its always different for every voice. for example: if you compare a lot of his voice work you start to realize raz has much calmer and younger tone to his voice compared to say.. moxxie, who has a more grown voice imo? theres a difference between every one of richard's voices, and i think frankly, hes pretty rad.

I love how you fight the Lady Lucktopus by throwing bad ideas at it. To show Hollis how gambling is a bad idea since Raz can't reach the mental connection.
edit: just noticed how Lady Lucktopus is wearing a crown of yellow lightbulbs. showing how Hollis believes that gambling is a REALLY good idea.
They still felt connected to the bad ideas in general.

I love the expanded enemy roster, making the enemies personifications of bad mental habits was a brilliant move
The enablers are probably the most cleaver and creative enemies this game added
Also the panic attacks have the dopest designs
I love Lady Lucktopus as a boss so much I kinda wish she wasn't the first one cause she comes and goes so quickly despite having a really cool design and wonderful to listen to voice

I was somewhat disappointed at how few powers they added but the amount of creative enemies was refreshing

Panic attack looks terrifying. It looks like the Wendigo but if it was given an "Alice: madness returns" sort of style, what with the skulls and inky body.
Fun fact: the head of panic attack and nightmares is a same of a villain called mind arsonist. He more like pyro but more dangerous he can burn inside of your mind and nightmares head is a gas mask and have horn of panic attack as decoration also IT'S WAS HIM WHO BURN MILLA ORPHAN HOUSE

Billy from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy for me, which probably explains why a small part of me can't take all of his VA roles very seriously.
He just has this super recognizable voice, and it's a shame I attribute it to Billy of all characters since that was the first character he va'd that I was exposed to.

Regret is a tricky one. Can't seem to get around it or deal with it properly. Oh and it's also hard to fight in the game.
