First of all, I agree with you that all 10 albums are @ minimum decent. My list: 10. Outlive 9. The World Is A Thorn 8. Extremist 7. Summer of Darkness 6. Peace (Two Ways is actually one of my favorites) 5. War 4. True Defiance 3. Self-titled debut 2. Triptych 1. Storm The Gates of Hell! (Incision is probably the only song I think is just okay and the rest are fantastic. I agree with you bout Grand Finale too.) 3.
Man, it hurts me to see Extremist so low! Lol. Great to see True Defiance near the top though, and Storm the Gates of Hell is awesome, definitely worthy of #1. Nice to see some love for the self-titled as well, underrated album even though it's not one of my favorites. Cool ranking!
Definitely a very interesting list here man. I don’t blame you for putting Extremist at # 1 cause it definitely is a great album. The Tryptch is and will probably always be my favorite DH album so I definitely don’t agree with your placing of it lol. It is what it is.
Yeah, I know having The Triptych so low is a pretty unpopular opinion. It just doesn't really do a whole lot for me. Honestly the only reason it was above The World is a Thorn is because of Deteriorate. Otherwise, it might be my least favorite.
Extremist at #1 was definitely a surprise. Honestly, it's an album that's grown on me a lot over these last few years, and I appreciate it more! Personally, I'd say it's pretty ridiculous to place Summer of Darkness over the self titled AND The Triptych. SoD was their least diverse album, it only had one ballad, too long of album than it needed to be, and Ryan even admitted it was the album he was least proud of... But oh well! Lol! STGOH and True Defiance though are definitely musts for near top of the list! I would also agree that Peace had more weaker songs than War did; I liked just about every song from War... Yes, even No Place For You Here! Lol! Interesting list overall! I disagreed with some for sure, but it was a reasonable. Definitely agree with TWIAT and Outlive near the bottom!

Oh yeah, Extremist has grown on me a lot too. It was one of my first DH albums, but it's never been this high for me. Interesting ranking too!

I understand your love for Extremist though, it does have some great songs. That's Ryan Clark's personal favorite Demon Hunter album too.
