Hi, friend. I swept my screws, they are Seat Stay Pivot Assembly. I live in Mexico but there is no spare part, do you recommend making a helicoli to recover them or making them on a lathe

Are you referring to the male or female threads? Male threads can't be fixed with a helicoil, so you'd need to get a new one in that case. If it's the female threads, helicoil is the best bet.

@@CascadeComponents They are what are external. The one with the button head. M10x1.10 12mm. There is no Kona support in my country. It is possible to have them made on a lathe machine and if it is aluminum or titanium ?

quick question i have a 2021 alu process 153 and i have taken the seat stays off to grease the bearings, do the washer/spacers go with the small raised surface facing the bearings ?? when i took it apart the top set by the seat post were large flat side against the bearing, it didnt look right. thanks carl

Small side always towards the bearings if I remember right. You only want the spacer to contact the inner bearing race.

Hi, help needed, are those shock washers side specific? Thank you a lot

The washers are not side specific. They do go narrow end towards the shock, though.

15 minutes into the video he says the link won't work with the hardware on my 2018. Good thing I watched this whole thing before taking my bike apart jeeze 🤣

i have a kona process 153 27.5 (2021), and the 2021 model features a lot of changes (bit slacker bit longer, different shaped link), will i still be able to use your link?

Hey!, What are the advantages of using this link versus the original one?
    Regards!

Howdy, has anyone dealt with a stuck main pivot bolt that's shown being removed @ 5:30? I can unthread the bolt but it will not push through at all on the other side, even after using PB Blaster. Any help is appreciated - thanks.

I'm guessing the bearings are rusted. If you partially unthread that bolt/cap that's used to push the axle through in the video, try using a rubber mallet on it to break it free. Assuming it's rust, once it breaks free it should move easy enough.

@@CascadeComponents Thanks for the quick reply & your input. I tried a rubber mallet already, so the bolt definitely has to be seized in the old rocker. Just going to keep soaking in PB Blaster for the next few days along with some mallet / hammer persuasion (I have all replacement bolt hardware and bearings already so okay if the currents bolt & bearings get destroyed). Thanks for the reply.
