As humanity continues to spread cross the globe, we have pushed animals further and further back into different habitats but something else is beginning to happen. The planet, is getting warmer. is it is? is it a natural cycle? Has someone left a heater running too long? Currently, its hard to tell. But one thing we know for sure, is that our species, may have the ability to change the trajectory of this outcome. By introducing gene manipulation into animals, we can make them more adept at dealing with the changes and maybe save a few species along the way. But what sort of creatures would this create? Lets discuss that in todays episode over Unnatural!

I sometimes find it hard to believe that you are an actual scientist, biologist, whatever.
On climate "more data needed" ?
      Data's been in.
I know your main thing now is breaking down movies.
      Good job!
      10/10
When 97% of scientists around the globe from all different fields of study attribute climate change to human actions, maybe you accept it's the humans fault ?
I'm not saying anyone's gonna do anything about it.
But I'd really appreciate you owning up to the facts.
      Because science.

Russian sailors once tried to scare off an adult male polar bear off their sub after they had emerged from under the ice. The warning shot did not scare it. Then they shot at it with 10mm Makaraovs, and it ignored it even after getting hit with several shots. They resorted to a 12.5mm machine gun, thats roughly the same as a .50 cal Browning M2. That just pissed it off, and the bear started climbing the conning tower to get to the crew. They chose to go back inside and just submerge rather than try to fight an angry polar bear. They eventually found out the bear later died from its wounds, but it had lived long enough to travel about 20 miles, even with more than a dozen gunshot wounds. So even if you hit it with your eagle, unless you got a lucky shot to the eye and into the brain, it will most certainly live long enough to really make you wish you brought a hand grenade instead.

@nextcaesargaming5469 No, it did kill it, just not right away. Unless you score a headshot or the heart, they can keep going for a very long time. Like wild boars, just bigger and much more dangerous. The inuit have stories of hunters who shot a polar bear, leaving it for dead, only to have it track down the hunter and kill them days later, even as it was slowly dying.

Those Russian sailors are either the worst shots in the Russian Navy that only nailed one shot out of dozens in one of its legs or something... or they were doing what sailors often do, and were just telling a story.

"A giant, bullet-proof snow white bear just walked up and grabbed a grown ass man like a chew toy and we could do nothing but reel back in abject horror as he was very loudly eaten alive" and that is a real animal that exists.

My brother is abnatural. He's a total gymrat whose two hobbies are fish (like aquariums) which he also does for a job, and lifting weights, and as such has some natty abs. Dude could literally break my bones if he tried.

4:40 No. You had it right. I'd much rather deal with an angry polar bear, than a angry moose.
The bear might get bored or find something better/easier to eat. The moose is just going to be angry untill you are no longer able to make it angry.
