Excellent John, as always, best vids at Horse Guard and London in general. John is the best on TH-cam at what he does, and we have the privilege to be walking along with him.
What he is doing is not about being unique, whatever he's doing with the cream , now it in his hair and hands , now if puts his hands near the horse mouth no one knows how this might affect the horses. I would say something to the Police .
It always strikes me as ironically amusing when ze frenchies come and laugh at the Foot Guard's bearskins - when they are in fact French and a war trophy from Waterloo. Not to mention them all posing with the Cavalry that kicked the proverbial out of them at Waterloo as well.
Love the female guard shout loud and clear ,she dosen,t take any crap love it much respect for her❤

Your “fortress” on the parade ground is actually the Admiralty Citadel, built as a “bomb proof” building for the most senior naval staff. It was SO ugly that Parliament voted to plant, and to cover it with, Virginia Creeper! It is NOT ivy even though it is nicknamed Boston Ivy by some, who don’t know any better!
What a difference in the crowd numbers between a Saturday in late October 2023 and last weekend, not quite 7 months later. I know that the main tourist season has now commenced but it isn't even peak summer season. My first trip to London was in mid November, just before the Christmas "rush" had started. Mid to late autumn is a far better time to be a tourist in London.
