This is why I prefer it in the Wessex countryside amongst the rolling fields, woodland, castles and stone circles. I can breathe here. I can feel the weight of the thousands of years of history all around me. 🌹🏴🩸
She could be that shadow that’s been haunting that area for last 150 yrs.. every now & then she turns up looking like a normal person.. but it’s a ghost from Victoria era looking for her partner who was kicked by a horse & died on the spot.. she’s very creepy
I saw that in York when two children were waiting for dad to take photo outside York Minster Cathedral, these two ignorant old women stood in front of them, I am not ashamed to say that I told them to move before my stick went up their rear ends, soon moved when they saw I had a temper. The dad thanked me, said no problem, hate people like that, he said you stopped and waited and it was much appreciated. They were busing family, came down from Scotland. Nice family.
And our Gaurds are there to do there job and i got to laugh at all the stupid tourists want to learn to read the sign on the wall and if they can't read the signs on the wall they need to go to specksavers and have there eyes tested
I think it be a lot better and less crowded if Tourists would have to pay for a certain time to stay there and if they overstay their time make them pay again. Have you noticed how they all just congregate in front there for a very long time and why?
So far people have been thoughtful and careful not to get too close to the guard which I think is great. Someone said that it was disrespectful to pose with a guard. This is true, but it’s not going to change unless authorities prohibit it.
The girl in the black dress is "out to ketch" a soldier boy. She should have worn black shoes. Beige shoes don't look food with a black dress. Plus ahe has to be uncomfortable.
I dont think anyone should come up next to guard and do photos. After looking at these videos guards need to keep all tourist back on sidewalk a distance away.
Some horses don't like the rain. I would also say the cacophony of the children's voices added to it. Well done Buska. Angry at the man too going up for a photo during it sheesh. Need to call you Guv at Horseguards. 😊
