- hello friends, here are a few days in the life - a brief talk about social media, getting back in shape and a small look into the behind the scenes of a drop-day at my clothing brand

I like the comment you had on transitioning away from being a "drop" brand - instead focusing on a slower and more sustainable form of consumption. Creating physical products will kinda always lead and promote consumerism, but I think you are doing a great job with bringing an alternative that is sustainable, with its good quality + minimalist designs that dont constantly fall out of trend cycles
Glad to hear it! And yeah it is definitely at our forefront in terms of developments, we don't want to have too much trend led stuff. Our next goal is to open a permanent store in London, which will also help in terms of being able to feel stuff rather than just seeing it through a screen
Would love to visit your store in the future, good luck with reaching that goal (been following since before the first Syndicate drop, crazy to see the progress you have made) ! Would also like to see you exploring the sustainability aspect a bit more, this can be both in terms of both brand communication, and looking into the life cycles of the garments themselves. For example, is your brand promoting a circular economy today, or a linear one?
I've been a teaching assistant in Brand Management a couple of years back, and if your videos had been around then, I'd probably use them all the time. The way you're completely transparent about brand deals from your point of view gives some really interesting insights that I'm sure is valuable to a lot of people.
That makes me very happy to hear! I think more transparency in a lot of fields would be great, but I also understand apprehension in terms of sharing sensitive information

Just commenting to let you know that after I've found your channel during your 75 Hard Challenge last year, you've easily become one of my favourite creators on TH-cam and I look forward to every video of yours. I like how you're genuinely open about your brand (even the business side of things), about being a content creator, and about so many aspects of life in general. And your amazing sense of style inspires me everyday. Just to give you an example: During this winter I really loved wearing football scarfs after you presented an outfit with a Milan scarf in your video on winter outfits (such a cool accessory item and such a great conversation starter as well!).
So yeah, for an algorithm, I am just a "1" in the last digit of your viewer count (- and like count, if I don't forget it!), but for you, I am a guy from Hamburg, Germany that really appreciates your videos. Keep up the great work and don't get too concerned with the numbers. Cheers!

happy Tuesday magnus. the new colours are lovely and i really dig the branding detail on the bottom, ive never seen that. i feel like your brand drop breakdowns have got serious value in the long term to people coming into the fashion space.

Noted! We don't do much ads anymore, we tested it a bit in the past but didn't love the direction / style of ads, so now we are back focusing on more organic content instead of paying money for ads

Plus your past audience are now more mature and I think it can correlate a bit to the views. They’re busy doing life like yourself with your brand and ronning!

100%! A lot of the content I made in the past was definitely of it's time, so it makes a lot of sense - I cringe a bit looking at old content, but things were different back then as well

I got into you learning how to dress and you don’t really make those videos any more you just do pick ups etc. go back to basics I reckon
how does it feel to be successful
I think he touched on the fact that the potential of irrelevancy can haunt you at every step. So I doubt there's ever a feeling of 'success' as to be successful you have to keep evolving and feeling a certain sense of dissatisfaction or like what you've done so far is not enough.
I am not sure I always feel successful - I look back on what I've done with a lot of pride, but I often associate "success" with progression, these days I feel more successful with Ronning than social media as an example, because there's more of a sense of progression
