Agreed! Focus is key to scaling an agency. Alex Hormozi talks about this too: 1 product, 1 avatar, 1 sales channel. Don't move on until you've nailed those 3 things. You'll know you've plateaued when you've hit about 1-3 mil, any less than that and your plateaus are self-inflicted and won't be solved by branding out!
I think discord community building could be the next big thing. Could also build an agency around building and maintaining discord servers for established brands to increase customer ltv
Agree with #7. Content is a great service to offer to your client since it can be used in many ways to market their brand or business. User generated content is a good avenue as well given the millions of people active on social media. Thanks for this, man

Thanks for this video I am a full stack developer student just created my own html css project but whilst on my coding journey I happen to bump into this I wanted to use my front end skills in the digital marketing space whilst I continue with my journey I'm not sure if that'd possible

But I do have a small question, say you were to offer a skill (service), do you first need to master that said skill as a freelancer till you get tangible proof of delivering results then transition to an agency? Or can I start up with no skills, which sounds risky and unstable. Thank you.
