I think its because their told by investors the keep the game profitable. Cycling no content and downgrading the old stuff is how they pay the bills. I don't like direction the game is going, it take a lot risks go different route now. Armor Attack doing different restricting access to higher grade stuff unless you pay subscription or you loose access. Which is almost as bad.
