Thanks for the video. Not a topic often covered. I am sure a lot of people have just gotten rid of treadmills for skipping belts. All you need was a little know how to fix it.

Hello, just curious... At the beginning of the video when you turned the right side counter-clockwise, did you turn the left side counterclockwise as well or did you turn it six times clockwise? Thank you.

they both turn the same direction to tighten and loosen.

one more great video...I have lost count of the turns after the last time i lubricated it and now i cant fix it well... I feel i am going to break the motor.

You can easily loosen both sides and tighten them evenly until the belt is tight and doesn’t slip

@@MacStrengthCo I unscrewed both screws all the way and then tightened them equally from each side, and managed to fix it.

Hi Mac, I'm completely off-topic, but in your Irwin Fitness AB bench video, when you were doing incline dumbbell press, what degree were you using ? Was it 30 or 37 ? Thanks for the great reviews and informative videos like this 1.

If I remember correctly it was 37* which is the sweet spot. I'll try both next time and see how 30 feels. Sometimes I'll change it each set.

40 WD is not good because it is petroleum based and erodes the belt

did you watch the video. It's not WD40. Thats just the brand.
