Point restrictions work only marginally. I have hunted Kansas a couple times. Everyone there , residents and non residents have to draw a buck tag does are over the counter. The hunting there is just spectacular. I would see a DOZEN BUCKS EVERY DAY, eight points or better. Michigan just doesn’t get it. Michigan hunters wanting a chance at a trophy whitetail hav to hunt another state. Very sad.

It's illegal to track deer at night with a weapon on you,like the bow hanging on your back.
It was after the hunt, is the hunter supposed to leave the bow in the tree??
