Yep - I made one too. Nice job. The first one I made decades ago was virtually identical to yours, including using EMT. Back then there was no such thing as 3D printing, so I never had a finial. The big problem was that I had to constantly unfurl the flag whenever the winds blew much. I built a new one a couple years ago and added flag attachment bearings from Amazon so it never needed unfurling again. Beware, all the cheaper bearing assemblies are crap - so select carefully.
