Hey Carlton, this is a beautiful and spacious property. I wasn't in-love with the main floor powder bathroom, for thar price, it has to be better. I love the privacy in the backyard....but no real usable outdoor space. But the rest of the home is fantastic! Big rooms, main floor, basement, etc! I love the spacing, nice addition with the wine rack!👍🏾
Malcolm, I truly understand about the main floor powder room. Maybe decorated it would look better? I agree about the backyard. The square footage and the location is definitely what is driving the price. The main floor is my favorite part of the house. 💯

The best thing about this house is it's location. You can tell its an older house by the closet size and even with it being over 5k square feet, it still seems tight in some areas. Its a nice but oddly designed house in my opinion. With no backyard space idk if its 1.4 million nice but I'm sure somebody's going snatch it up real soon.

No I haven’t yet but I like to stay in the above $500K range especially for the TH-cam channel.
