Hey Jannett, thanks for the feedback and I totally understand about the homes being close together 100%! Many builders in the East Cobb area want to get as many homes built on smaller tracts of land because they know people are willing buy because of the schools in the area.
@@CarltonLewis this is no different than millionaire row in Detroit or Forest Park mansions in STL or Beverly Hills CA. I think the lot size is perfect.
The home is nice. Lots of storage. However, I was put out by the narrow halls and the closeness of the neighbors. Thanks for sharing!

Is it a southern thing to have the master bedroom on the main floor. I can’t imagine being that far away from the children. Not to mention the possibility of waking up to someone coming through your window 😮

Im new so when they not building home with porches front n back
Some builders will build whatever you want and there are definitely resale homes with porches in the front and back if that’s what you desire.
OK on the real this home is priced $5 thousand dollars from 2 million there's no pool no outside barbecue kitchen and you still have to fence off the side yard another thing I can see if this was Arizona no tubs in the bathroom but there's no shortage of water in the ATL because for one I would love to come home and chill out in a nice jet tub and why no tubs in all the other bathroom for the price your kidding

The colors are very dull, including the kitchen, hardwood floors, and bathroom tiles, which are all the same dull colors. The closet doors are unattractive, and the homes are too close in proximity. Not a dream home for me?
