Wow. I was locked for 10 years, and restarted after 7 years on January 28th. I've been keto, now ketovore...dangerously close to carnivore since 2019. I have watched a boat load of loc vids, all this info not available to me in my self started and maintained first journey, (but never lost a loc😉)...when I looked to see if you're still locked, and there was a KETO vid???
