豉油皇炆雞翼 Simmered Chicken Wing in Soy Sauce

- 🟢材料:
雞翼(雞翅)300克
蒜頭2粒
薑3片
生抽、老抽適量
紹興酒1湯匙
冰糖1小塊
熱水1杯
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞翼洗淨吸乾水,蒜頭略拍,薑切片備用。.
2️⃣ 在鍋中加熱油,爆香薑片和蒜頭,加入雞翼,煎至兩面金黃。
3️⃣ 加入1湯匙紹興酒和1塊冰糖,適量生抽和老抽,加入1杯熱水,轉小火煮5~6分鐘,收汁上碟。
🟢Ingredients:
Chicken wings - 300g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 3 slices
Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Rock sugar - 1 small piece
Hot water - 1 cup
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Lightly smash the garlic and slice the ginger and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat up oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic. Add the chicken wings and fry until both sides turn golden brown.
3️⃣ Add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, rock sugar, soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste, and 1 cup of hot water. Turn to low heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve.

@@oe_cook Thank you, 炆鴨 is what I meant 😊! I could not find the character 炆 in Google Translate ( translate.google.com/#view=home&op=translate&sl=en&tl=zh-TW ). The problem with that online application is that Chinese means Mandarin; there is no selection for Cantonese. It translates "braised" to 燴 or 燉
. I checked out another online application which is supposed to translate English to Cantonese, but it gives me 烤! Further research shows that 燴 = braise, 燉 = stew, and 烤 = roast. So, I guess 炆 in Cantonese is the same as 燴 in Mandarin. Is that correct? It is all so confusing to me 🙁.

如果係雞髀係咪同样煮法?
雞髀比雞翼厚肉, 這樣煮法不入味, 如果要這樣煮宜先把雞脾醃過夜, 煮的時間也要長一些。
