Please read my description because the answer is there, but I'll explain: The first person model disappears when you zoom in, so the game uses the third person model to create the firing effects on instead. That's why it appears to the right of the ironsight. I can't fix this problem because it's engine related.
What's wrong with the audio? And I can't fix the muzzleflash, sadly. I wrote to Nicolas-C about it if you want more explanation as to why. It's because of engine limits. :(
@@halomodder ahh gotcha, sucks that cant be fixed. The audio loop for the SMG first person weapon seems like it chops and doesnt seamlessly loop properly. If you listen back to it, you can hear it. its like its not playing the full auto sound properly or something
@@xrxk1ngx I agree, but I just look past it since I can't do much about it. And oh! That's because I'm using the debug build of Halo to record. It's much easier to use when creating new content rather than having to use MCC. There actually is no audio problem. It's just how the dev build plays sound lol. Thank you for getting back to me!

If we’re talking about the mainline series then yeah I agree. But, if we’re talking about an overhaul mod or a spinoff with a different style of gameplay then there’s no real reason to complain. Unfortunately, the muzzle flash isn’t lined up, but I’m assuming you’ll either fix that down the road or can’t do anything about it due to engine limitations. Since the hands don’t have gloves and the hud is different with health appearing to be absent I’m assuming that you’re probably going to also change how the gameplay works to an extent. That will be interesting to see. Too bad you probably can’t add a leaning around corners feature (in a leaked Halo 3 build they were prototyping a lean mechanic, but it’s clearly unfinished and never went anywhere. Too bad they didn’t put that into ODST and turned it into a tactical shooter with fleshed out stealth elements instead of diet Halo 3. It’s also a MASSIVE missed opportunity that we didn’t have enemy Elites for the first half/two thirds of the game; with the Brutes appearing at night and the last chunk. Just imagine how awesome it would’ve been if we got to experience the Great Schism from the perspective of normal humans. They wouldn’t have had to made that many changes to the story. Just have the Brutes show up to reinforce the Elites before going Order 66 on them. Then your squad could’ve used the ensuing chaos as the perfect opportunity to collect Virgil and escape the city. Thankfully mods can fix this). Good luck on this. I saw that somebody said you can see Myth’s dna in the terrain because CE originally started out as an rts. After someone pointed that out I can definitely say they’re right. The hills and cliffs definitely look like what one of Myth’s maps would look like from first person (haven’t played them. I’ve seen some interesting videos on those games).
