    I love your podcast. Thank you for this clear video.
    At my home, I am about to set up a very amateur podcast studio in my basement so hope to learn much quickly.
    What do you recommend for a laptop? I have always used PCs and am wondering if I should break down and get a Mac. I currently Dave a Dell that has 8 g but I think that I can increase that to 16.
    Also, I did pick up a used 43 inch roku tv wondering if I can connect a laptop to it for easier editing?
    Thank you again. Perhaps down the road we could collaborate.

      That sounds like a fantastic project! Here are some quick recommendations:
      Regarding laptops, if you decide to stick with your Dell, we recommend upgrading the RAM to 16GB for better performance.
      If you decide to shell out for a Mac, the MacBook Pro is great for editing if you want to switch.
      Connecting your laptop to your Roku TV for editing is a great idea! If you go this route, we recommend using an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the TV for a larger display. You could also use Screen Mirroring via wireless options like Miracast (PC) or AirPlay (Mac). You'll also want to make sure to adjust the display settings on your laptop to match the TV’s resolution for the best clarity.
      Best of luck! We can't wait to see what you create!

      @podcastleai Thank you for responding.
      I have pretty much decided on the ssl 12 for interface and Mac pro... probably the 14" but do not know which M3 is the best. Standard, pro, or max. I have also seen that a Mac pro external ram is about 100 dollars for 1 terabyte.
      I am a bit scared that the laptop might only last about 7 years.
      I have my mikes and high quality cables already. I would like 3 cameras and have one already, ( ten year old Sony 5100 ) and thought that I could pick up a few smaller cameras for three shots on my podcast.
      Your advice is most helpful. I got a deal on 4 AKG p220 Mikes and bought 1 10 ft mogami and three pig hog 10 ft cables.
      Will be working on lighting and the set last.
      Thank you for taking the time to read all of this.
      My head is spinning with having to learn so much.
