I think it’s cool that you aren’t worried about sharing this information. I see many channels complain about helping/showing others with how to set up.
Happy to help 😊
@@thelatashajamescan I pay you to setup my podcast

This is so cool 👌
Glad you enjoyed, Praseeda! 😊
Heyyy!!! Thank you for this video, what lens are you using on the Sony ?
Hi, this is actually a great guide. But I think I need your help to set up my own as well. Thanks
Thanks for great video. My iPhone and camera turn off after 20min of filming. Any tips on making sure it stays on for the whole time?
Awesome
Just received confirmation through TH-cam to start my podcast. This a lot of information with a lot of information about equipment. I am looking for simple beginner equipment which is budget friendly. I know you suggested Shure microphone and R10 camera. I am looking for a camera that could podcast at least myself and maybe two guest.
How did ya get TH-cam to host your podcast. Didn't see the option. Am doing a channel now but want to start a podcast with multiple topics
do I need more than one Headphone inputs in the audio interface if its a podcast of two? the microphon has an headphone input too whats the difference plugging in the headphones there or in the interface?
For a beginner, what could be the smallest budget to start with to set up a video podcast? Will appreciate your guidance
Wow don’t know how I found you but hotdamn I’m glad I’m wanting to start a video podcast but don’t know and never see anyone show it but is the camera connected to a computer or do you use a sd card and are you just going off the camera audio or using any kind of external audio sorry for all the questions but you seem like you really know your shit thanks you have a new subscriber
Thanks for subscribing! No worries, happy to help!
I use the RODECaster with a mini SD card. I record directly onto that SD card and then combine the audio and video later in my video editor, Final Cut Pro.
If you didn't use a RODECaster, you could also record into a tool like QuickTime via USB and then combine the audio and video in Final Cut or another video editing program.
I hope that helps, good luck with your podcast! 🎉
I cannot find the Sony camera listed in discription
Do one for if you're not co-located, please!
Exact same, just remove one mic. I linked a solo video in the cards, too!
I can’t find the dummy battery for the Cannon EOS R10. Can you send me the link to get it?
This is the one I use! amzn.to/4341Uoj
I have a podcast that is audio only and I use the rode caster pro version 1, could I create this same set up with the rode caster pro 1? What video editing software do you use to combine the audio from the mixed with the video from the camera?
Yes, definitely! I use Final Cut Pro to combine the audio + video
Great Information thanks..love you people.. congrats to you young lady and the two brothers..new at this.. I want to start a new podcast in 2024 ..from Ohio. .i may need help😢😊
I really like your BTS how to videos.
So glad to hear that, thank you for watching!! 🙌🏽
Hi you doing my name is Sheldon and I’m trying to start my podcast and I love your videos. My podcast will be a one person podcast can you help me get started?
Where is the brother's podcast on TH-cam?
Hey, does the R10 require a lens adapter to fit that sigma lens??
Yes! Canon EF to EOS R adapter
@thelatashajames thanks. wondered why I couldn't attach it 😅
Helpful video. Thank you
You look like Denise Mathews. 'Vanity" you could be her daughter. Look her up. 😊
The Canon R10 is a mirrorless camera, not a DSLR.
Indeed! If I said DSLR it was a mistake. Shot with an 80D for years
@@thelatashajames 80D is a great one. Used for years also.
Why do you need headphones? I want to use a method like this to interview older family members. I don’t want my 92 year old dad to have to wear headphones
I think it’s just to monitor the audio but i don’t think it’s a requirement
Greetings , i need your wisdom and suggestion. please can we set up an time to connect and chat? your knowledge and producing is nice
I can’t find the dummy battery for the Cannon EOS R10. Can you send me the link to get it?
This is the one I use! amzn.to/4341Uoj
