    진짜 맛있어요ㅠㅠㅠ 처음에 만들었을때 어설프게 만들었는데도 맛있었어요!!
    네번째 만들고서야 썸네일과 비슷하게 만들었는데 혹시 만드실 초보 홈베이커분들을 위해 팁을 적어볼게요!
    1. 설탕 녹일 때 처음엔 잘 안녹다가 녹기 시작하면 눈 깜짝할 새에 타니까 꼭 지켜보고 있어야해요. (타면 씁쓸한 맛이 나요)
    2. 캐러멜 소스는 차갑게 식힌 후에 생크림에 넣어주세요. 안그러면... 생크림에 넣자마자 캐러멜 소스가 굳으면서... 생크림이 집안 어디까지 튈 수 있는지를 확인해보실수있을거예요...ㅎㅎ
    3. 캐러멜 글레이징 만들 때 저는 물엿을 넣으면 너무 묽게 만들어지더라구요ㅠㅠ 어떻게 만드는지를 잘 모르겠어요...! 그래서 그냥 설탕 100g녹여서 만들었더니 쫀득하게 잘 만들어졌어요.
    4. 캐러멜 소스에 판 젤라틴 넣고나서 얼음물에다가 꼭꼭 온도를 낮춰줘야해요. 처음엔 말 안듣고 날이 추우니 괜찮겠지~?그냥 했었는뎋ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 얼음물에 넣고 계속 저으니까 젤리느낌으로 변하더라구요. (신기해랏)
    5. 글레이징까지 하고 꼭꼭 굳혀주세요. 냉장고 혹은 요즘엔 너무 추워서 베란다에 푸드커버 덮어놓고 식혔어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    6. 자를 때 칼을 불에 달군 다음에 잘라주면 깔끔하게 잘 잘려요! 다만 글레이징에 손이 닿지 않게 해야해요. 안그러면 손에 붙어서 뜯어지더라구요 ㅠ..ㅠ 흑흑
    여기까지 팁을 적어보았어요! 전 이대로 지켜서 했더니 잘 만들어졌어요!!>.

      +) 오늘 해먹어 봤습니다! 젤라틴 파우더를 구매해버려서 뭔가 글레이징이 잘 굳지는 않아서 그냥 위에 뿌려서 스며들게 한 다음 먹었어요..:) 그래도 맛있더라구요! 아침으로 가족끼리 먹었는데 다들 엄청 맛있다고 남김없이 다 먹어서 뿌듯했어요ㅎㅎ 생의 첫 베이킹인데 너무 잘 되어서 기뻤습니다. 개인적으로 설탕이 좀 많이 들어간 거 같아서 살짝 줄였는데도 좀 달다고 느꼈습니다만, 그래도 너무 맛있었습니다! 완전 뿌듯했어요:)

    Two things were really interesting. One is the method for cutting the parchment so it fits in the corners of the sheet pan. I have done this for years but I like the way you folded it and cut the corner slits so they were the right length. Also was wondering where that sheet pan came from? I saw that it had an interesting shape on the bottom that helped hold in the caramel whipped cream filling. I would love to get a sheet pan that had that shape. Now that I know that sheet pan exists I will have to find one. Beautiful cake.

    정말 알고 싶던 레시피여서 보자마자 만들어봤습니다. 다른건 다 잘 따라했는데 카라멜 생크림의 어려웠습니다. 캬라멜온도를 얼마나 떨어트려야 생크림과 잘 섞일수 있을까요? 첫번째는 완전 분리가 되었고 두번째는 캐러멜 덩어리가 생겼답니다. ㅠㅠ
    그래도 맛은 너무 좋아서 다시 시도해보고 싶어요!!

I now know how to use parchment paper.👍🏻 I’ve had a large roll of it for years and never tried lining pans with it, lazy I guess or afraid it would catch 🔥 in the oven!     바로 요 맛있는 카라멜롤케잌 먹고 싶어 구매처 찾으려고 검색중이였는데 ㅎㅎ 카페에서 디저트로 요거랑 완전 똑같은걸 먹은 기억에 다시금 침이 고였네요. 진짜 비주얼만큼 맛도 좋아요~카페가 쬐금 멀어서 가끔 가곤 하는게 아쉽네요

    영상 너무 잼있고 유익하게 봤어요 저도 베이킹을 너무 좋아하긴 하는데 직장인이라 자주는 못해요 그래도 쉴때마다 해보려고는 하는데

    롤케잌은 이름 석자만 들어도 기분이 좋아지는데 말이죵😍 고민 했다지요....카라멜이라서 얼마나 달까나하고 말이죵🤔
    근데요 무조건 만들어야합니당!! 전요 지난주에 Basque burnt cheesecake 만들어 봤는데 처음으로, 오~ 일반 치즈케잌하고 사믓다른 암튼 맛났어요. 선생님도 시간 되시면 한번 만들어서 드셔 보세요~

    The thing you pour in the caramel is heavy cream or milk? D: is it hot or room temperature?

      Both the caramel cream and the caramel glaze, call for heavy cream, not milk. I'm not 100% sure but, I don't think you heat up heavy cream but, you might! For this recipe though, it's probably room temperature. :)

    Is the corn syrup required for the caramel glaze? Can I substitute the corn syrup with maybe honey or maple syrup? Or can I just completely leave out the corn syrup?

    오늘 야심차게 따라하긴 했는데 롤이 크랙 돼고 글레이즈가 너무 묽은데 왜때문인지 모르겠어요..설탕 너무 끓이면 탈까봐 브라운일때 불에서 내렸는데~ 아직 냉장고에 있는데 맛보고 담에 다시 도전해봐야겠습니다~
