Putting drill for you Peter! You need 3 tees and 1 ball + putter (of course). put down a tee 1 putter length from the hole, 2 putter lengths from the hole, and 3 putter lengths from the hole (each from a different direction). You go around in a "circle" hitting 1 putt from each tee ( Starting at 1 putter length ). The goal(s): try to hole 9 putts in a row. Every time you miss you start at over at 0. Every time you get 9 or better you move the tees to a new hole. You SHOULD try to match or beat your personal record score each time you do the drill. Have fun winning!

Pre-routine: Wake up late, drive atleast 2x the speed limit, run down to the first tee and slice a 4-iron into the woods just to realize that my thermos with coffe is still on the kitchen sink at home. But Kim spending 20--40 minutes just on the range prooves why he is a PRO and im not. Cheers!

Great putting drill for the practice green: Play each of the holes as a par 3 but move your ball a club length further away from the hole after every shot. Far too many putts are given on the course and short range putting suffers as a result. Really helps nailing those knee knockers from 3-5ft

Put a cap on my head, please! No TM caps in my collection, that could change with you and Kim! What I prefer for putting drills is the "Par 18" game : chip then putt on all 9 holes of the practice green, taken as par 2. That way it's always meaningful and the chipping an putting work hand in hand, like in real life!

Put a cap on my head! I thought it was insightful to see how much attention to detail Kim (and all pros) put on their wedges and wedge grinds. I think most of us just buy wedges off the rack and then wonder why we're not good at chipping/pitching (aside from lack of practice) Keep up the good work Pete! And good luck with those short putts

Put a cap on my head!
I like the chipping and putting drill. You have the same number of balls to holes on the practice green. So if there's six holes then six balls. Play all 6 from the same place on the fringe to every hole. Chip and putt for par, chip in for birdie and 2 put bogey. Then same applies 6 balls from the rough same spot and then a bunker. See how close you shoot to level par over the 3 rounds. If I shoot more than 5 over in the 18 holes I would re do the drill until I did. You can set your own scores to challenge each individual but it helps you get in the mind set of trying to make you chip more aggressive and stop negativity. You have to make an up and down everytime so there's game like pressure involved too.
hope this makes sense and some people give it a try... You can also play against friends to make it more competitive too.
Cheers Pete great content again keep it up.

Put a hat on my head! I liked the putting spiral dril. I usually warm up 20 min on the driving range and finish with chipping and putting. I start with a 7 club and go down the clubs from 8, 9, P and wedge. I start over with 7 and then I go to 6, 5, 4 and then Driver. I hit 5 to 8 balls with each club. Thanks for sharing!

Put a cap on my head! My go-to putting drill is PM's 3-foot circle around a hole. Trying to not worry about alignment or break and just focus on pace. Doing sets of 10 as many times around as I feel without missing a putt. Super helpful on not leaving those 'gimme' putts out to dry.

Put a cap on my head!
A little bit about my chipping routine around the green:
If I'm going out for the day just to practice, I like to lay 10 balls out at a time around the green from different distances and lies. I challenge myself to chip it to within 3 feet of the hole. If I miss a target, I play another 5 balls from that spot. I do the entire drill 3-5 times just to give myself a chance to really feel what I'm doing. This helps my consistency in my short game tremendously. Like they say, you drive for show and putt for dough. Short game is vital to a good round so I like to set myself up to keep my putts as close as possible.

As a former tournament player, I always tried to make sure I practiced my par 3 tee shots on the range. I figured since I generally knew what clubs I was going to hit on those holes, I would plan/practice my shots into those pin placements.
This can also help the everyday golfer. I mean if you already know what irons you have to hit, you may as well work on those shot before you have to hit them.
I would also rehears my initial tee shot. After a while it almost becomes like watching an instant replay when you get to that hole.

Put a cap on my head!
Interesting to see the warm up technique - seems quite a casual approach but means that you don’t get frustrated before even getting on the course!

Put a cap on my head!
Kim's warm up without the club looked like it would help me a lot with my game, increasing consistency of body movement and therefore strike.

Put A Cap On My Head! Great content Peter. I think the amount of time that pros devote to the craft is often missed. I have seen several drills done by pros, but I don't think it ever sunk in that they don't end because of frustration. They end when they are performed correctly. Thanks again!

Put a cap on my head. That putting drill you and Kim did was fantastic. Need to constantly putt under pressure in my opinion.

Put a cap on my head! I’ve learned during the warm up routine to actually take the time to see how the body is going to react differently every single day

Put a cap on my head. Love the warm up routine and it’s a reminder as always to focus. I’d love someone to highlight what changes in either their swing or routines really helped propel their game. Keep up the great work, love the video. Cheers.

Put a cap on my head. Before each round I set up on the range with alignment sticks to the 50 yard and swing 8 irons trying to land at the 50 mark, then I move to the 100. It really helps my tempo smooth out while dialing in my timing which really helps me during the round.

Put a cap on my head, your alignment and sternum positioning has been a key drill for me to hit more accurate shots with greater distance control so a massive thanks, 🤗

Put a Cap on my head. Seeing Kim's routine was super keen. Thanks for bringing us access Pete. I've added using My Round Pro. Great tip as well. Practice with a purpose as Mr Hogan taught us.

Put a cap on my head. Cheers ! from Wisconsin. I work on taking my back swing slow to the top, and hold. Got to walk with Darren Clarke at the American Family Insurance Championship. Got a fist bump from him. Amazing moment that was.

Put a cap on my head! Put a cap on my head!
I really like the spiral putting drill shown in this video. I usually do a circle putting drill with 6 tees as markers and do the circle at 6 feet after I've finished doing the circle at 3 feet a few times first. This really helps my game and hope it can help yours and anyone else reading this too!
Thank you for another outstanding video Peter!
    Sincerely,
    Blair Goss

"Put a cap on my head" enjoyed the tour level warm up. Going to adopt the spiral putting drill to add to my 4-9 foot clock drill. It helps me take the pressure off my short game. Long iron game is a work in progress!
