All one has to do is take all of the love that you were giving to another person and take it all back and give it to oneself and with that being said people would notice how when you love and value yourself it attracts others to want to join you in the love of yourself as well the opposite of this is when someone is showing another person that they love them more than they love their own self and even though this seems like the right thing to do it’s actually seen by the other person or so we say the ex as weak and pathetic and this is why they want out of the relationship because of the lack of self love for oneself. @@melisanandy I did every thing wrong at the biginning, I beged, I called her , but then I stop doing it, the last time she texted me was I think about a month and a half ago, but I am still going forward with my recovery

The label doesn’t matter. If your boundaries are not set and then respected, it isn’t a healthy relationship - it isn’t the “one for you”. If you are not treated well, it no matter what the label, it’s not healthy to be in this relationship
I’m a very rare breed for as many issues that my ex had I truly feel he’s the only one that adds up. If he worked on his issues and put God first I would have no issue going back until then I can’t
Hey coach is there a video how to use social media (especially ig) during no contact? That would be very helpful cause this is the main outlet for your ex to see your improvments and what they are missing out on .
But if u and your ex isnt speaking at all, not on social media etc etc, then how would they hear your new and improved confidence conversation, new job, etc etc.? Ive learned a few days ago, that your ex is your EX for a reason..if he or she left YOUR LIFE for any reasons at all, be seriously huge, superficially, left u another situation because your "contract " was up, and most importantly, you two r in a "on again, off again " and its off again because its no longer "YOUR TURN", with he/she....let it go, try to get over it the best u can.....just my 2 cents

One video that I watched said you can wave politely and keep it moving. Don’t be staring or looking bothered and don’t go out of your way to avoid doing what you would do if they weren’t there ie- change locations or habits . They used a train as and example tho.

I’ve been I no contact for only few days he reached out but jsut for his things and I know it’s his family telling him not to come back to me he blocked me again I was a lil hung over so I didn’t control myself and called a few times after we talked for only like 2 min on the phone he says he can’t get over what happened in the relationship but I pray to God he realizes I love him and I want to be his woman and only him and I ahve faith he’ll come back and if he doesn’t than he didn’t love me Fr but I’m trying to stay strong idk if he will come back he seems still so angry about the past but he won’t talk to me I hope he comes around after I give him more time

You need to tell her you felt disrespected. Straight up. Or she won’t know and understand going forward
@@jgentile34 some people disrespect u on purpose. Someone has to show change . Them Telling you they changed doesn’t necessarily mean they’ve changed
Why would you want her back? If she disrespected you and you want her back that communicates you are low value and don't respect yourself. You continue to level up if she knows she disrespected you she should be begging you to come back not the other way around.
If you want her back. She has to realize she made a mistake and she needs to contact you and apologize. She is not gonna respect you if you crawl back to her. Stay in no contact !

You decide. The wardrobe isn't as important as the attitude. You are dressing for the venue not for your ex. You don't need to try to impress them, they should be happy to see you. You are giving them an opportunity to know you again.

@whatspphimforhelp1480 Ignore or not? Like No contact Means No contact at all just attraction. So whenever I saw her i just ignore and now I'm thinking what if my ignorance can lead to her mind that I'm not in love with her?
Do what you usually do. No contact is not magic. No contact means you prioritize yourself. Wave to them and keep working on yourself. You are the most important person in your life, not your ex.
Get out in different times
Can we use these advice if we have been ghosted? To be honest, i feel so bad about it. Of course, i stopped contacting as soon as i saw that he viewed my messages et not responded to them. Even worse, i had naively thought if he was sick maybe, but he watched my stories (at this moment, i felt hurt).

Actually my ex is full of egoistic first of all she ignored me when I’m asked then she told me that she need brkup bcz of previous arguments then i begged pleaded.. then i NC for 21 days and give her break up and again NC for 5 days now

Me too, its a breakup since january. But since i NC for a week now she always reach me out but i keep politely as friendly as possible and trying to not contacting her first. But sometimes i give her something(like drinks i put on her motorbike,this drink is the same drinks i gave her when we are still in relationship) but still on NC status. Cause i felt something on her, the flame is still there, maybe we are just need some space to fix ourself. Am i doing something right??

Actually I know that she is not back in my life in my case so i hope you get back your ex… it’s time to make busy yourself and always happy post on social media as coach say in every video… is not for your ex back it’s for you NC isn’t a trick for your ex back every coach they trying to move on with using excuses like NC..… if they love you they reach when they see you that your moving on so fast… but when u move on and then you don’t need them who leave you bcz u know what is ur value
@@ToyBoyOP in my case she always chat me to just tell how her day going, and just yesterday i just broke the NC rule cause she need me to just spit out everything going on in her life right now, cause she said back then she loves me because i am a good listener and a patience guy. So yeah, now i am on NC again, reset the timer.
I dont know man, i think no contact on social media, and not making first move via whatsapp chat is the best i can do right now, because like i said before i stll give her something but not frequently
