literally 2 or 3 hours ago I was looking in the mirror and saw my scapula was sticking out and spent 30 minutes trying to stretch it out doing a sort of lat spread. Havent watched the video yet, but ready to hear what you have to say about it. excellent timing I wasnt searching for this either
Man you are gold... Im gonna buy one of your plans because i already got so much for free. I was an active fighter, and I struggled with terible shoulder pain, my jab was non existent because of it. So i understand importance of these exercises. Thank you man!
wow that kettle bell exercise tho. I have minor winging on my right side and I felt that every time I did the exercise with my right. You’re goated man
Great video, this is very useful information! Please do another video on strengthening ankle, foot, and knee. or basically a video on how to recover a fallen arch. I've had a fallen arch for years without knowing and after extensive training it has caught up to me and now have an issue with my knee and ankle.
Thank you for sharing this information and exercises. I got these Typ of pain since years and didn’t find an solution which works permanently. I do these right know because i can’t sleep well atm caused of it. Thx
@@PhilDaruStrong1.5 years ago I had something very rare happen, it's called Parsonage Turner syndrome. My supra scapular nerve was almost completely dead, I couldn't even externally rotate a light band, and it ended my combat sports journey (just a hobbyist). I have severe scap winging of my left shoulder and the entire biomechanics of my left shoulder are screwed and I still have pain until this day. I want to get back into combat sports (muay thai and BJJ were my thing) but have trouble throwing double jabs and can no longer do BJJ at all due to the pain. I know you're not a PT or medical professional, but do you think these excersices are something that will help this condition?
Huh. Thoracic nerve pain. Not really pain, except for days when we work heavy on collar ties, darce, front headlock, then I get that hellashious pain running down my back along that neck nerve tendon. My lat, obliques, ql, abs, rectus, and serratus don't fire off very well on the left side. The whole left side, actually, contracts for shit, and has trouble holding that tension. I've been working on it, and what I've boiled it down to is my scaps, and diaphragm, especially on the left side. I have a serious imbalance with the organs and diaphragm, which also causes my left side rib flare. Lol. I've spent too much time trying to fix my injuries. 😂😂😂 It works
My bro is fighting in 2 weeks, more like 12 days now. Im having him do a fight trio for conditioning. 3 x 2min / 2min Aerobic Power 3 x 1min / 3min Cardiac Power 3 x 10s / 20s Anaerobic Power Every second day. For 4-5 total workouts. To kickstart all his systems without overworking them. This look good?

What's the function of pressing the tongue to roof of the mouth when breathing in?
Allows for airway to open and breathing diaphragmatically
