I partially lost my speaking ability. I forget words when i speak.

As a real quiet person, not just someone that says they are an 'introvert,' heres what will happen: After one year your voice will not be able to be at a louder volume for long if not much. You will have to try harder to speak across a room or even yell if youre far away. After prolong time, you WILL develop a stutter and some words will be harder to pronounce their dilect than others. You will at some point be unable to speak because pronouncing words will become diffucult and you will find yourself unable to speak at times because of hesitation, what I call a Mute stutter( you will have a harder time saying the first word of every other sentence).

Knew a guy that did multiple tours in Nam. They had to remain silent. He and his buddies could not talk for fear of discovery. It took him almost two years before he felt like he could carry on a conversation due to mental fatigue. I think this is more satisfying than the video.
When you can answer the question in 60 seconds but you stretch it out to 10 minutes for maximum ad revenue.

At random times I’d remember to breath, and I hate it because then I’m constantly focusing on breathing and doing it on purpose, and I feel like I’m forcing myself to breath. This also happens with blinking. WHY DOES THE HUMAN BODY WORK THIS WAY? WHYYYYY?!??!

You will develop a stutter, and your speech skills will suffer. You will talk out of tune, either too flat or too sharp. You will mumble when you talk.(Example: "Roller-coaster" will sound like "Roememostor") When you talk, you will have gaps in you speech, (Example: "Hello, how is... ... every...one today? I think... to..day will ...be ...a good day.")

Not using your voice won't impair your brain if it's still active in the same areas, your voice doesn't control what you say, your brain does
Well your disagreeing with me and agreeing with me at the same time. Those factors that you talked about, I left out just to give an abridged answer. If you stay mentally active the effects wont be so bad, but if you isolate yourself, don't think, and don't come into contact with anyone else, and shut down completely the effects will be harsher. There is so many factors to talk about can you see why I just gave the short answer?
That makes sense. I actually have the same problem with my speech where I just suddenly pause while I'm talking for a couple seconds almost uncontrollably. And whenever I catch myself doing it, I try to just force it out and I just end up stretching the the first letter of the word out almost as if I'm stuttering. (Ex: How was yyyyour day?). Its been an issue for about a year an a half now. Though I think I'm starting to control it more now. I've never been much of a talker in my life so I guess that explains why lol.

I stopped talking for a week for charity once. It was actually a lot harder than I thought it would be. I found myself getting frustrated a lot and kept instinctively wanting to say something to people and suddenly remembering I wasn't allowed.

I didn't talk for around 13 years, lost all my social skills, lost confidense, had a weak very weak voice, so couldnt talk very high and shouting felt wierd. Nothing else. just had to start interacting in the community and getting my social skills along with my confidence back up.
However i do often forget words, but not much of a problem. I probably showered once or twice a year, really didn't mean much of a difference since i wasn't old enough to sweat too much.
This video pisses me off. Everybody clicked on this video because they wanted to know what happened if you stopped talking for a year. Nobody wants to know what happens if dogs didn't exist or what would happen if you didn't take a shower for an entire year, save that for another video. People just want to know what happens if they shut their mouths for an entire year jeez.
