i have to admit, I'm a bit underwhelmed. Outside looks gorgeous, inside a bit plain IMO. I'm looking in Rumson maybe I'll give u a ring...

Completely agree. My client and I saw that it was about 90% there and the home has been dramatically updated inside and out. Have a few options off market that could be a good fit depending on what you are looking for.

I know! Couldn’t have a pool here due to the water table but they put in a chipping and putting green.

publishing a $5M home on the internet without staging it? the architectural symmetry is a waste.

I represented the buyers in this transaction, but I completely agree. We filmed this during the transition of the sellers moving out and my clients moving in, but every time I showcase my own listings, the home is staged and always feels welcoming.

For 5 mil that should have been staged. I quit watching after you walked in. A house like this should be staged.

I represented the buyers in this transaction, but I completely agree. There was some furniture in it when it was listed for sale, but homes of this degree absolutely have to be staged or furnished to the point where the home is more welcoming and feels more like a home.
