Yeh. Alpine has the stone mansion on Frick rd. Now that's an estate. It was on the market forever and was finally bought for 20mil plus (cash) but nothing tops " The One" out in California. It's so big it should have its own zip code.

@Mercedes Aze Property tax as in council tax. That you pay the city to maintain roads, street lighting, collect garbage, maintain parks etc. Theres a huge variation in the U.S, a small home in NY or California costs more than a huge mansion in somewhere like Georgia or Kentucky.

@@Lacey424 It was owned by Jon Runyan of the eagles and when get got into politics ran into a jam with this property trying to write off taxes pretending it was a farm due to having a few donkeys. It would bought and they have been trying to sell it for years. They are holding a major bag.
